This place is disgusting. Someone I know is an Uber Eats driver and this place makes the Uber drivers serve up the customer’s drinks and even place the seals over them. It’s disgusting to me because Uber drivers (who constantly are touching door knobs, dirty steering wheels, etc) are NOT held to the same cleanliness standards as a restaurant worker who frequently washes hands, wears gloves, etc and works in a clean health department inspected facility. I DO NOT WANT MY UBER DRIVER TO PREPARE MY DRINK AND SEAL IT! Huge safety issue here as well with all the Uber/Doordash people using FAKE accounts! I will never eat from this location! Other Wingstop locations DO NOT have this policy!

Place an uber eats order receive the wings and all of them taste like chemicals I call the manager and he pretty much was like take it up with uber they’ll refund you no concern no apology just was like not my issue very horrible customer service we will not be back.

They failed to read the order and made the boneless wing HOTT 🔥 instead of garlic parmesean. My daughter has been dying to eat here and you ruined her first visit. I expect 20 free new wings please contact me

I went to this Wingstop for lunch tile and I had a couple of orders and let me tell you this Wingstop handle very well no mistakes as usually when I go to another one the staff are very friendly they help you with making your drinks and most important they are very professional the supervisor her self was great her name was Brittney I think lol she was the best I will be back again ❤️❤️❤️

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak on. I placed an order and was shorted 10 wings. I had to drive all the way back, and when I arrived, the manager claimed she personally tossed the wings, but couldn’t even tell me what flavor I had ordered. Mind you, this was literally just 10 minutes earlier.
Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was met with attitude and basically told I was wrong. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas if I wasn’t sure I had been shorted. We’re talking about a $10-$12 difference here, and yes, I absolutely came back for what I paid for.
What made it worse was the unprofessional tone. No apology, no accountability. Just excuses. This kind of service is exactly why the reviews for this location are so low. Do better.

I love everything about this Wing Stop. The food is delicious, the staff is always friendly. I don't know why anyone would go to the other one up the street due to the fact that this one is a thousand times better. I will be back, and I'm telling everyone that if they want fast delicious food with a friendly experience, they need to come to this location. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Tiny spot wasn't busy initially for a Friday, but withing 20 minutes it changed. We ordered to stay but they still put our order to go. For 30 wings they only give you like 6 pieces of carrots and celery and they're strips. They are not a whole celery/carrot not even a half! Literally a sliver/shaving piece of each. Very disappointed. I had no energy to ask why plus my husband was already upset with the bagging of the order. We tried to consume our meal and go. However we could not help but notice the advertisement if feed the crew was misleading. Fries were a large and barely made it through a family of 3. No drinks come with this so called meal/combo deal either. Lastly, is it me or has Wingstop.gone to serving wingettes/drummettes? Their wings use to be a lot bigger! Eh I digress

I love wing stop but my experience today was awful and if there was a closer place to get wings I would never go back again. I tried for over 20 minutes to order the 20 for 20 and two orders of fries. It would not add the second order of fries. My roommate also tried and was unsuccessful . I gave up and called the store and was told the 20 for 20 was online only. I explained the problem but they could have cared less. I also went back and looked and I didn’t see anywhere that said on line only. I don’t understand why I have to go to the store and pick up the order but they would not accept my phone order. I never complain but this really aggravated me.
