So I wanted to dine in with my normal spicy wing 'combo' but noticed I can't add a drink. How do I eat wings with NO drink. I called and after a small debate was told they only have MelloYellow and was also told it would be the same price even without a drink...?! HUH??? UMMM NEW PLANS!

i love wingstop but i called them and they put me on hold for forever and when i hung up and called back they never got me off hold. horrible customer service. it was a female girl on the phone answering around 1:15pm. wouldn’t order from this location again. loosing business. would rather drive a couple more minutes then order from this irresponsible place. by the time we got there we had to order in real life and wait for over an hour

Absolutely no organization going on from within the restaurant. I called ahead 50 minutes and still nothing was even prepped. Everyone inside was waiting forever. Cars were stacked up in front as well. Kitchen had plenty of staff.

I called to place an order over the phone as I had trouble with the online order. Lindsey took my call and gave me great service over the phone. She was extremely polite, recounted my order exactly as given, and ensured that I was OK with when the fries would be dropped to be fresh. She represented very well.

stopped by bc i was craving wings, for starters WELL KEPT & SUPER CLEAN - unlike most wingstops, from the atmosphere when you walk in you get greeted, Linsie was beyond sweet & accommodated all my needs as far as my order, sheridan helped my husband pick his spicy flavor of wing(was indecisive) & she went far & beyond with helping us with our order - they both did! customer service 10/10 food 10/10 - very hot & fresh atmosphere 10/10 ??
We have gotten boneless wings here many times. It seems the product quality has gone downhill. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. They were 80% thick breading and 20% chicken if that. They used to be much better.

Ordered take out how 6 of us… order had 2 large fries only to get home and fine one missing. Called to just get refunded for one…. Called and they won’t refund fries. Said they will give me a coupon for “free” fries next time. The thing is they are not “free” I paid for them so just a ploy to get us to come back.
