I really like this place because of the wings, but this is the 2nd time ive received horrible carrots and celery. I pay extra for this side so I'd expect to get some fresh product. Im pretty sure carrots and celery arent supposed to bend back and forth without snapping in half. The celery is ridiculously small.. like come on! Date of order was Oct 12th, 2025.

This place is disgusting. Someone I know is an Uber Eats driver and this place makes the Uber drivers serve up the customer’s drinks and even place the seals over them. It’s disgusting to me because Uber drivers (who constantly are touching door knobs, dirty steering wheels, etc) are NOT held to the same cleanliness standards as a restaurant worker who frequently washes hands, wears gloves, etc and works in a clean health department inspected facility. I DO NOT WANT MY UBER DRIVER TO PREPARE MY DRINK AND SEAL IT! Huge safety issue here as well with all the Uber/Doordash people using FAKE accounts! I will never eat from this location! Other Wingstop locations DO NOT have this policy!

Place an uber eats order receive the wings and all of them taste like chemicals I call the manager and he pretty much was like take it up with uber they’ll refund you no concern no apology just was like not my issue very horrible customer service we will not be back.

They failed to read the order and made the boneless wing HOTT 🔥 instead of garlic parmesean. My daughter has been dying to eat here and you ruined her first visit. I expect 20 free new wings please contact me

I went to this Wingstop for lunch tile and I had a couple of orders and let me tell you this Wingstop handle very well no mistakes as usually when I go to another one the staff are very friendly they help you with making your drinks and most important they are very professional the supervisor her self was great her name was Brittney I think lol she was the best I will be back again ❤️❤️❤️

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak on. I placed an order and was shorted 10 wings. I had to drive all the way back, and when I arrived, the manager claimed she personally tossed the wings, but couldn’t even tell me what flavor I had ordered. Mind you, this was literally just 10 minutes earlier.

Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was met with attitude and basically told I was wrong. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas if I wasn’t sure I had been shorted. We’re talking about a $10-$12 difference here, and yes, I absolutely came back for what I paid for.

What made it worse was the unprofessional tone. No apology, no accountability. Just excuses. This kind of service is exactly why the reviews for this location are so low. Do better.
