Changing my review. I'm a regular and have put many people on to this restaurant, all of whom agree that the white dragon roll was the best roll on the menu. If you're not going to buy the escolar anymore, then make something similar with the salmon Toro and torch it. What a disappointment!!

Disappointing experience. The staff made no effort to accommodate even simple requests — we asked to place a small flower arrangement in water, but they wouldn’t offer so much as a plastic cup. When my son-in-law mentioned it was a birthday celebration, the waitress declined to do anything special, not even a small scoop of ice cream with a candle. The food was mediocre at best, and the service lacked the warmth and attentiveness you’d expect, especially at their prices.

I ordered online directly from their website — 3 Torched Salmon and 2 Zucco Rolls. After waiting two and a half hours for my order, I received one roll missing.

I called them the same night, and instead of hearing an apology or any attempt to fix the situation (“we’ll send the missing roll,” “let’s make this right”), I was simply told: “Someone will contact you tomorrow.”

The next day, no one called me. I had to reach out again, and the manager told me no one had informed him about the issue. Then, instead of apologizing, he asked me to count the pieces because he didn’t believe me. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the box when it arrived, so I sent it to him as proof.

After all that, still no apology — just a short message saying they would refund $15 to my card.

The sushi itself is delicious, but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from a restaurant. My suggestion: replace the staff or retrain them on how to treat customers with respect.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the sushi; it felt quite basic. For the kids' menu, I ordered chicken tenders, which were unfortunately overcooked. The service was decent, and our server was friendly. It's a suitable spot for a quick bite, but not much more...

Has quickly become our favorite sushi 🍣 spot in north Tampa! 👏 Excellent mixed drinks 🍸 Lobster 🦞 masterpiece roll is one of the best anywhere. 😋

We sampled a few of the hand rolls, the dancing dragon roll, the Florida roll, and the ube cheesecake. Everything was fine but underwhelming. I’d equate this to like a sushi place in a mall.

Clean and modern, tasty sushi and cocktails 😋 Definitely recommend for a date night or taking out of town visitors to.

Fish quality is mid and overpriced. Not very fresh for the amount of $ you pay, overpriced. Service is excellent though. Zukku-San missed the mark unfortunately.
