“I have been to many OG’s, however; I recently had the absolute BEST experience at this location! The food came out fast and was extremely fresh. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to snap any images. The food went straight to our mouths! Lol! Malcom S. was our server, and he was absolutely great and much appreciated! I would love to have him again at our next visit! 5/5! ?“
“The wife and I go here after we go to the gym 3 days a week. The food is pretty good. It is a lot better than other fast food places. The manager is real attentive To the customers in the dining room. The only thing I'm not crazy about in. This goes along with other places such as this, Where you get your own food after putting in your order Is the fact that when you pay on the machine, it asks to include a tip or not. When I go to a regular sit down restaurant with a server I tip will unless the service was just horrible but in places like this, I see no reason to tip somebody that is making a decent minimum wage And they are doing nothing but punching in the order on a keyboard. All in all, panera is a good stop in place to eat. When you don't have a lot of time and you want above average fast food.“
“Food was great. Service was laughable, but it wasn't the fault of the server. She was busy working the register and was swamped with online & walk-in takeout orders. I didn't even realize she was supposed to be our server until after I gave up waiting for a server; we sat at a table for 15 minutes until I just placed an online takeout order because no one showed up to take drink orders or anything. Went to the counter to pay and wait. That's when I saw her take a plated order from the kitchen to the one other person in the dining room, and I realized she was also taking care of the dining room in addition to all the takeout customers. Again, food was great, but either wait until they have a dedicated server for the dining room or simply order takeout. I'll stress this: the dining situation was clearly not her fault. She was just trying to do two separate jobs at once.“
