The place was busy however the 2 ladies working last night completely NAILED it with their customer service! Didn’t show any frustration or unpleasantness. And to top it off the Ice Cream was freaking awesome! Happy to leave the review and hope it helps!

1st night in town and this place helped close out a day of traveling. I had the matcha lady with some add-ons.

The shop was a little underwhelming so I was a little skeptical l, but the staff were very nice and the ice cream was heavenly. I got the flavor of the week, grandpa joes peanut butter pie I think. Bonus, my kid set off the alarm on the quarter game and the look on his face was priceless.

What fun!! It was entertaining watching the making of the rolls and it was delicious! The lady making the ice cream was very friendly and explained the whole process to us. She was great! I ordered key lime pie with extra graham crackers and whipped cream and my husband ordered strawberry cheesecake with whipped cream but were loaded with ingredients and tasty. Don’t let the 9.00 dollar price scare you, it’s a lot of ice cream!

Molly. Molly. Molly. The ice cream is a great blend of flavors that pop in your mouth all at the same time, and it's a unique experience to watch. But Molly. Molly has customer service at the forefront. She even takes steps to help those who have food allergies, like requiring gluten free. You can tell she cares about her job and the product she is creating. She must have some pretty significant muscles too to pull these off. They are so good. Give that woman a raise, after you get a bigger sign out front - this place needs to be marketed! :) Thanks!
