Waltz Fish Shak is a true hidden gem on Madeira Beach! The service is friendly and attentive, the seafood is locally caught and absolutely fresh, and the quaint, romantic atmosphere makes it the perfect coastal dining spot. Anyone leaving a bad review clearly doesn’t appreciate authentic, local charm — this place is the real deal! Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food and genuine Florida vibes.
Eclectic atmosphere, intelligent owners on site, fresh seafood prepared to perfection. Smoked fish spread, chonch chowder, grilled scallops, key west shrimp, grouper (cheek) cakes, black grouper (blackened), rice and peas with coconut milk, vinaigrette slaw with toasted almonds. House made key lime pie. Waltz and Sue are delightful and are passionate about their food. Top five best meals of my life.
