Madison Manor House Restaurant & Pub

Poor customer service and they can't seem to get the orders right.
Their phone system is a joke. I tried to get my order straightened out the website says they're open but their phone answering service says they're closed.
We purchased from here several times and have yet to have what I would consider a good experience.
We did get to speak to somebody at the restaurant. They fixed part of the mistake on our order. The food was pretty good.

The Madison Manor House team accommodated my group of ~65 right after Hurricane Helene hit. The food, service and staff were great, accommodating and efficient! I’d definitely put this location on your radar if it’s not already!

We were warned that the service was horrible but went anyway.
The food was surprisingly good and not expensive, but did I mention the service sucked?
And there was only one other table occupied...

I sat down with the man himself and conversed about business after a very formal welcome from everyone inside. The Philly cheesesteak and sweet potato fries were amazing and the strawberry margarita I ordered paired perfectly. If you love good food and good vibes this is the place to go.

My wife and I tried to have an early dinner here. The initial person who greeted us was friendly and helpful. From the outside, this appears to be a nice restaurant. Once inside, it is really a small bar with pub food. We were planning to order food and waited quite a bit, but no one ever came to take our order. There weren't many people in the restaurant, so it made no sense that no one came. We gave up, left and went to a wonderful Italian restaurant in town.

Was a good place to eat just a little pricey for what you get. This place is more of a nightlife place I feel other than the apartments upstairs. It's an old building I'm the historic area. It is quite a beautiful building and the service was great but there was only us(4) and 1 other person in there. They had a massive dining hall, music,cigar room and bar with vip. We got a tour from the waitress who was smoking hott BTW.

This evening was my first visit to the Manor House, my server T.J. recommended the Philly Cheese Steak and it was "Delicious!" The onion rings were cooked perfectly! I will definitely visit again.

The atmosphere is great and location is amazing. The staff are friendly. The chicken wings were tiny and very dry. Two of them side by side were shorter than a regular dinner knife handle. Her fries were cold and mine were piping hot. There are a lot of other reviews that say this exact same thing. Great people. Great place. The food needs to improve and the whole thing would be great.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Me and my s/o came to eat here about 2 weeks ago at approximately 7:45 p.m. on a Thursday (wasn’t busy) and wasn’t greeted but told “to seat ourselves”. It took the male waiter TJ 10 minutes just to get our drink orders then another 20 minutes to get the drinks from the bar. Drink had a gnat in it, RIDICULOUS! But later we seen the waiter stomp a roach so, no surprise. The bartender was nice but she seemed as if she was high on something, but it wasn’t life. It took over 45 minutes to receive our food, again not busy, and it was made incorrectly. How hard is it to make a Philly with no mayo??? We asked to speak with a manager and we were told “there is no manager on night shift”. Shortly after another employee showed up with her kids and the kids were running around the place like a jungle gym. Place has potential but I would not return, very unprofessional.

Considering the options locally you don't have much. It's a long drive to get here, so when I make the drive out and they locked up, it's really disappointing. Would have been a nice place to have in Madison, but if you can't depend on them being open when they are advertised open, what's the point? May as well drive to Tallahassee where you have a better shot of finding a place that's open when they say they are.
