St Mary shrimp is out of this world.. David has a good thing going up there!!! Steak white corn tacos and tamales, mmmm. My favorite restaurant in Madison Florida!

Based on the reviews, Rancho Grande Mexican Grill offers the best Mexican food around, with fresh and flavorful dishes. The St Mary shrimp and steak white corn tacos are out of this world, and the alambres mix is also recommended. The restaurant has a bright and cheery atmosphere with a new wood ceiling and new air conditioning after hurricane damage. However, service can be inconsistent. There is a huge language barrier with staff, and service is not as good as it used to be. Orders are often incorrect, with missing sides or wrong items like getting a Pollo Especial instead of a lunch fajita. The server may not be very attentive, requiring multiple requests. Despite these issues, it is a nice place with great people, and many customers have been coming for over 10 years.
