The food was delicious, and the service was great, however the manager working today 8/2/23 was not in helping with anything and it was a rush hour, and she was sitting with customers while everyone else was busting their butts to get all the food out. Besides that it was wonderful the woman at the register was very nice and had a wonderful welcoming smile?Parking: the parking is connected to the plaza so there was plenty of parking.
I asked for a 2pc dark combo,and was given two of the smallest legs I have probably ever seen. Yes I know this a 2 pc dark but come on for 10.06 they need to do better. When I asked if I could have a thigh the young asked who I told was the crew leader who took back the box that of chicken I had handled offered me a breast instead due to a lack classic thighs, cross contamination the other food. This seems to an ongoing problem at this store, whatever you order they don't have....read full review

My local Popeyes in Madison always friendly. Always hot food. Always good. Try the red beans and rice as a side. They're really good. You will be surprised. The spicy chicken sandwich is good if you don't want regular fried chicken which it's awesome here.
