We have been many times and usually this is a great spot but we had a poor experience. Service was very poor. Everything took a too long. Wife's entre was served and after 5 minutes I had to flag down the host to get her some flatware. Never received the seond glass of wine I ordered. Server did check on us until I had finished my entre. We felt invisible all evening. Swordfish was good and huge. Chicken Picata should have been warmer but tasted good.
You cannot go wrong at Antonio's, both the upstairs fine dining and the downstairs cafe & deli. Perfectly outstanding for over 35 years. Right now, it's "Magical Dining" for the next month. The menu is wonderful !
First night of Magical Dining was great! The Bourbon Braised Short Ribs dish was excellent...Black Angus Short Rib, Roasted Garlic Risotto, Peach Braised Red Cabbage, Feta...all paired excellently together. Meat was amazingly tender. Antonio's needs to make this a regular menu item!
