Seriously understaffed on Saturday evening. Not the friendly staff's fault, they all were working hard trying to catch up (dirty tables, too many customers for on-hand staff). Unfortunately we were also given already-used flatware as well as very long waits for water, drinks, ordering, & our main dishes.

Asked for no tomatoes because I'm deathly allergic, get back to my hotel and guess what. Have tomatoes on my burger. Went back to have it remade. The manager comes out and chews me out because I said I was upset and wanted to choke the cook out. Jokingly. Hands down I've spent about $400 in the past week, I'm not happy with this locations customer service. Kiki the bar tender is the best person there.

After leaving one restaurant because half their menu was not available I thought I would come to a place familiar and that I could rely on, But this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, Our waiter kept walking right past our table into everyone else’s. Our food came out so late that it was cold. I had to box it up and take it home and heat it in the microwave. First time I never left a tip.! And this is on Valentine’s Day

Whenever I go to Applebee's one thing for sure.I always meet a lot of great people.Because I sit by the bar. Today i'm a little upset because I don't understand why GOOGLE states you have happy hour from 3 to 6 pm. When we sit by the bar I specifically said we got here right on time so we could order some things for happy hour. TP says... Don't worry I got you. I got Two appetizes a burger A drink and a Coor's light. $50! When I ask her she says happy hour is only from 10pm. We'll you need to fix that with Google because that is misleading!

We had been seeing the $9,99 burger meal special advertised on TV and feeling in the mood, hubby and I decided to use an old Applebee's gift card. The server was friendly and willing to change the cheese to cheddar and bring barbecue sauce. It was more of a smashburger, but that was OK. The cheeseburger was messy and filling, especially with the generous portion of fries. Though the server forgot the hot sauce for hubby, the barbecue sauce satisfied him and added flavor to his fries.

I don't recommend this Applebee's, I was sitting in the corner of the bar about to order food when a swarm of gnats flew right into my face and I just finished my drink and left.
I was at the Maitland location and as I came to receive service for Veterans Day, i waited 20 mins with no acknowledgement from the server, which we identified as Cheryl C. I was not greeted or acknowledged upon entrancnce, I myself actually had to walk up to Cheryl and ask for service or help and still was prolonged service. It wasn't until another employee ny m2mname of P.T. finally made sure our service was prompt, fresh and displayed true professionalism from the start. Please retrain Cheryl to acknowledge guest from the get go. Especially black Veterans. Thanks in advance

I thought this Applebee's had the Sunday games I was shocked to see this isn't the spot to watch football on Sunday...... Wrong choice here and they playing music instead of u hearing the one game they had on horrible Sunday experience here........
