I had a vegetarian specialty pizza on New York style crust and it is one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, believe me I was shocked but this thing is so good.

So I ordered a Honey-barbecue wings, I received wings that looked half cooked with a little barbecue sauce drizzled over them. I called to speak with the manager and the gentleman who answered responded that he was the manager and informed me that’s how the wings were done! I informed him that’s not how I’ve gotten them in previous orders nor that’s not how they are on the website! His response was, “I’m not sure what site you’re looking at but this is how we do wings, would you like some free wings “? No i don’t want another order of these nasty wings. Their pizza is good, wings I’ve gotten before was good, these were horrible! I spent $70. Two pizzas and two 8 piece order wings.

Let’s start with the absolute disaster I witnessed at the Domino’s in Maitland. An employee named Christy should not be anywhere near food. She was wearing a filthy jacket with sleeves dragging all over the pizzas, no gloves, and her long hair hanging loose while making food. On top of that, she had no teeth, looked completely unkept, and presented herself in the most unsanitary way imaginable. Honestly, she looked like she belonged nowhere near a kitchen, let alone a place serving food to paying customers.

Her attitude matched her appearance—rude, dismissive, and flat-out unprofessional. She refused to acknowledge me, ignored my questions, and acted like customers were a burden.

The fact that this location allows someone like this to handle food is shocking and downright disgusting. The health department should be called immediately. The franchise owner—who is obviously an absent owner—needs to be held accountable. I HAVE ATTACHED HIS NAME IN THE PICTURE! This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I will be contacting Domino’s corporate to report what I experienced.

I never had fast food pizza🍕, crust was not crispy whatsoever and the pizza tasted like i was eating air, it literally had no flavor, never again, lesson learned !

My experience with this location has been nothing but unprofessional. It’s a new “manager “ I believe by the name of “Jay or ray” I had complaint regarding an order not once but twice about how he just throws the pizzas together and sends them out for delivery, he proceeded to tell me that “I’m the only one complaining. I tried to order again last night and was informed that my number is on the “can not service “ list which in unfair so I will be calling corporate the new manager they have there does not to work there . He’s rude and needs a reality check.

I had to come back and edit my review. They remade it and still missed a topping.

I was first given the wrong receipt to sign. I don’t always check my pizza when I leave. But something made me check this one. I opened the box and it was missing two of the five toppings. I splurged on a multi-topping pizza which I don’t usually do. Please tell me how I order a 5 topping pizza and it comes with only 3 toppings???? What the heck? Would not recommend this place. Pick up might be fine but don’t get it delivered bc your pizza will probably be wrong.

I'm so pissed off. I order in the app, I input my work address, and the app defaults to my home address. $31.00 dallors and my god damn pizza is sitting on my door step being eating by bugs.

This is probably the worst Dominos I’ve ever had. Staff was rude, and pizza was the worst. Also they say they close at 12:00 but they are always closed by 10:30.

I placed an order online for delivery for my emergency pizza with some add ons... this was my second time ordering. Nothing special, nothing complicated. The driver who delivered to me for the second time , granted I've only ordered from here twice, he states "oh you looks very nice today"as he's approaching my reception desk, proceeds to hands me a bundle of receipts and say " here put a tip looks like it was forgotten!" Then proceeds to stare as I fill out the receipt, then hands me my order. This came as a shock as I was planning to tip cash and was thrown off by the demeanor and tone of the driver. I gave him a $5 tip to get him to leave. I'm not a rude person, I don't complain, and I never speak up. But tipping isn't required it should be by service if you feel you want to. I left a review on my order and called into the store not looking to get anything but to let the manager know the service her employees are providing, never got to speak with Kristi as the man on the phone stated "yea we saw the review if it's such an issue call corporate!!!" I've been a manager, and I would not stand having my employees depict my establishment as rude, selfish, and greedy with not a care for customers. Again, I don't want anything, but I WILL not bring my business to this location again.

I called to order a pizza for delivery. The kid tells me to do it online. I did for about 2 min and gave up. Thankfully Marcos took my call and was a great pizza delivered! Some people don't want to order online! Bs wait 5 min to finally answer also
