The food is the best part of what I got, but the service was horrible I know it’s early in the morning but I don’t need extra attitude when I’m asking a simple question about the menu. The person on the intercom was not helpful and she was very snappy with me when I was calm and kind. Also I ordered a chai Latte and it tasted like water and milk. Never buying from them again, and I don’t recommend this location

Used to be an everyone customer but unfortunately went somewhere else. Lack of communication, and customer service is bad. staff gets rude when you order something and they make it wrong acting like it's our fault. The coffee got worse and worse. The vibe is off when you go inside. This place needs new management. Rather drive 10 to 20 min more than come here.

Whoever was working the drive thru 2/3 about 4 PM was one of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with in a drive thru. I was having “a Monday”, and their friendliness made my day. They were polite, efficient, and delivered my coffee and donut with a smile. Excellent service, and the coffee was fresh and perfectly made. Kudos to this employee and location!

Workers lack customer service skills. I got home and discovered my order was incorrect. The workers made a big show of reviewing past orders. I was given my missing item in a rude off handed manner... It was abruptly placed on the counter as she walked in the other direction. There was no apology, just attitude.

This is right next door to us we always go here when we went to get some coffee and donuts we didn’t see any one in the store finally some one showed up just seems to look like he got disturbed from his nap and he made a vanilla hot latte the most awful latte ever , management needs to do some thing about this

Worst service of all time. If you want any food, they’ll make you pull around to a terrible spot in front of the door to wait while they trick the system into thinking they have fast service

Dunkin’ going down hill in all locations …. This one didn’t have munchkins at 9 am
Every time I go there, there’s always a woman with really bad attitude and really bad customer service. I was just there today and I was waiting in line for good 10 minutes in my car before someone greeting me and there was no one else in line and there was nobody really in the parking lot. She has very bad attitude and I will not be coming back to that dunkin

Stopped at the drive through for a coffee & breakfast sandwich. I asked what kind of wake up wraps are available and the woman replied in an aggressive and loud tone “look at the menu”. Pulled off and will not be going back for their terrible service.

Advantages: I love Dunkin' Coffee, and I frequently stop by to buy my favorite caramel machiado or ice butter pecan with hazelnut at least five times a week. Everything in this establishment, including the restroom, personnel, donut display, and table-settiing area, is immaculately clean. During the peak hour of 7 a.m., I saw the manager on site discreetly discussing with her team how to handle trainees who walked outside to find consumers with mobile internet orders in a lovely, affectionate manner. Excellent staff energy and excellent client service ?. Disadvantages: There isn't a sitting place outside, and the drive-through is far too near the front door. It would have been ideal otherwise.
