I cannot say enough about how amazing this hotel was. I hosted a board game convention here, and from my first interaction I was blown away at the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Nancy and Alanna where so incredibly patient with me as I was trying to make sure I had everything I needed for my group. Relaxing, clean, Busy, but quiet! The staff was super helpful, the Lounge had very decent food. I look forward to making this a regular stop when I am in Orlando/Maitland. The price was also reasonable.

Excellent place and staff. The rooms were ready and cleaned. Nothing was missing. There is a nice bar and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was very good and on point. If you are staying on the 6 floor, you will have some extra amenities.
