Lately this store has been failing across the board. Have ordered twice in the last month and both orders were completely wrong. Either added everything I wanted removed or removed literally everything beyond meat... will not be ordering from here again.

Nothing beats a JJ's Gargantuan, and I mean nothing. This has been my go-to sandwich for the last 15 years. It just never misses, and neither does Jimmy. Sorry, Mike.

This location is always a mess. From either saying they are open on Google but showing up only to say it’s closed numerous times. I hate this location so much I’ll drive out of my way 10 minutes to the other location. But today I was in a rush. When I arrived 3 gentlemen were outside the work with them one of them I later met which was the general manager. While trying to pay it took 10 minutes because the kid was having trouble with something and meanwhile it’s 2:30 on a Monday and he has like 10 people staffed inside. As I leave all I hear is the manager saying yeah I’m a nice guy but once you cross me you know, it’s not fun. And I was like wow. I left and then realize they made my sandwich wrong I call go back and the first thing I notice is his eyes. Eyes tell a lot a they tell me he’s on some form of opiates, he asked me what was wrong, but I had called and the remake was already ready. He then opened up the other sun to check he said, then with no gloves opens my new sub to check it then goes I don’t have subs but I’d like you to check it to make sure it’s made how’d you like. Now that’s weird don’t touch my sandwich after you were sitting down at that table with your sweat rag in your hand open my sun and hand it to me to check? Bro I just want my sub made right, that was uncomfortable and weird and not necessary. I would say definitely get a new manager asap. But today was my last time I will waste my time on this mess of a location.

The service and staff was absolutely amazing, especially because they were working without AC. When questioned about the AC I was told that it’s been out for nearly a week! How can you allow your employees to work in conditions like that is beyond me. There should have been an immediate solution to that. It’s 110 degrees outside. I will be reporting the building to OSHA for unsafe work conditions. Fix your AC for your staff and your customers.

Always immaculately clean, Everytime I go in Nathan or Isaiah makes my order perfect. I order for 6 of us and the order is always complicated. It's always perfect and they always give the best customer service.

Can't complain. I love jimmy john's! They get my order right 90% of the time and when it's wrong it's usually just something small like forgetting to cut it in half which isn't a big deal lol.
Employees were really nice. The girl that was cleaning the doors opened it for me. The woman taking the order was kind and offered many options, she made me laugh. Sandwich was made to perfection and speed, ingredients in every bite. I will definitely be back soon. Keep up the good work.

Ordered the Club Lulu and it came out within like 2 minutes sandwich was made how i ordered and staff was really friendly, mary was very kind and considerate. Will be coming back soon

Walked in Jimmy Johns around 130pm. There must have been about 10 people in the store having lunch. Walked up to the counter to order and the girl at the counter told me that they were no longer taking orders because they were out of bread. Meanwhile, there was a pan full of bread right behind her. Didn't put up a fuss. Just walked out and went to Publix instead. Way better sub in the end.Also this particular store will just randomly be closed some days. No explanation why.
