Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews for this location. I got takeout and I did their magic meal deal which comes with a drink a pizza and your choice of garlic bread. We decided on the nuts and they were old and disgusting. We were supposed to get eight and they only gave us seven with barely any garlic sauce on it. The pizza seemed like it was made for another customer who never picked it up so we got it, and I love the Peperoncino that it comes with, but they put the oldest driest and tiniest Peperoncino in the box. I’ll definitely not be ordering from here again. And they expect a tip after that.

Came in to grab my pizza and the employee at the register was eating a cookie and continued to eat the cookie during the duration of my transaction. Handed me my pizza without saying a word then proceeded to count out my change with one hand as he ate a cookie with the other hand. It took so long to get my change that I told him just go ahead and keep it because It was taking over 2 minutes to count out 51 cents with his chosen method. Will not return to this location. 💯

The employees are very rude, and if you try to call them to make an order or to check on an order, they will leave you on hold for the longest time, and/or they will pick up the phone just to hang up or leave you on hold again. Do not go here. Using an apology coupon for the bad service that you have received prior does not mean anything to them.

Employees here are rude and seem irritated when you ask them a question. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times for pick ups and I don’t recommend them if you want to pick up your own order! If you don’t like it there you shouldn’t work there!!! It’s not our fault you work at papa John’s.

I came to pick up an order and waited for about 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by any of the four individuals who were working. 2 individuals were drivers that were on their way out and the other was on the phone and pacing back and forth. At no point did this person look up and say “one moment. We will be right with you. Hello.” Nothing. I had to interrupt the young man that was actively working and making a pizza to ask him to grab my order that was ready and within arms reach and getting cold.

I don’t know what happened but now when I order a pizza from here, my crust is flat. They used to give you a fluffy crust, that’s why I usually pick to go to papa John’s because they have good crust but… something’s off.
I have no complaints about the pizza. I have a problem when I show up and they don’t have it. Yes, I was later than usual picking it up. But still no excuse to not have it. I don’t see your order in the computer, can I see the order number? I showed them. Still no pizza to be found. Tbh I think they ate it bc I was running late and they thought I wasn’t showing up. I got an attitude when I arrived and when I left. They didn’t apologize or even take an extra mile by offering something for the inconvenience they caused me. I had to sit in the parking lot for over 10 minutes. They didn’t bring it to the car or even let me know it was done. I had to guess. Customer service sucks here. I hope you enjoyed ur large pizza with extra cheese and had to pay for it.

I dont normally do this, but I have to say the gentleman working here today (March 25, 2025 at 5:06pm) was great and provided and above and beyond service (because just like we say the bad things, great thing need to be said as well), now the lady (Supposedly, Brianna) was awful. Very rude and gave myself and another fellow worker an awful service. Its sad that you have to give a negative review to a place, because of workers like her.
