The last three times I have ordered a venti drink here they have shorted my drink about 3 fingers. Today I poured it into a measuring cup, I was shorted 6 oz. I would understand if I ordered some fancy drink that had whipped cream on top to maybe be missing one finger of space, but I could stick my finger in the cup and not hit the drink until past my knuckle. On an 8 dollar drink I sort of expect the whole drink.

Literally my favorite location. The staff is always so considerate. They are great about customized drinks and always make it right! I miss seeing them every morning when I worked in that area, but I make a point to stop by when I’m in the area.

This morning I picked up my coffee in the drive thru. Unfortunately, when I tried to place my coffee in the cup holder I spilled my coffee all over the passenger seat. Luke served my family and immediately went to create a new order and handed me napkins. What started as a messy situation turned into a great morning experience. Thank you so much Luke for being a great customer service employee.

I visit this Starbucks location frequently, as it is less than a mile from my house. I use the drive-through almost exclusively. Even when there are several cars in front of me, they keep the line moving very quickly! The staff at this location is very nice! It is in the same shopping center as my Publix, so it's convenient to quickly pick up a drink when I'm through grocery shopping. I've been enjoying their yummy breakfast sandwiches this summer. The Rewards challenges to earn Bonus Stars Starbucks has been running this summer have been great.
Every time I get drive-through at this location, the staff is the friendliest and has the best energy. They have made my day more than once, are always sweet to my kids, and clearly like what they do. In a world full of negativity and ick- the team at Starbucks Maitland brings a little sunshine in the smallest but most effective ways. Thanks you guys, we appreciate it!
