The food and the atmosphere was great but unfortunately the service that we got was terrible. We sat at the bar because there were no tables available and the second we got there our bartender was so rude. Randy looked like he hated working there and we overheard him complain about people sitting at the bar on karaoke night with their tab closed. He kept on forgetting to get our black friend drinks and once we asked to close our tab he refused to give us an itemized receipt before we paid. Once we paid, we pointed out there was an issue on our tab and he gave us attitude. Honestly it wasn’t even about the money but we were just annoyed about the bad service. I would come back to his place as long as there’s different staff to take care of our group. On previous occasions we’ve had bartender Nico. and he has always give us outstanding service and drinks.

My server Galen was wonderful!! Super attentive, friendly and fast service! food was hot and delicious. (Bonus) the kitchen manager Steven came and made sure everything was to our liking :) I recommend the wings with their jack honey, fried pickles and their GIANT pretzel!

I came out for karaoke it started a half hour late and Jesus was the DJ. He doesn't have a clue how to use his soundboard. He made everyone sound horrible. He didn't even have songs I've sang there before.

Had an amazing dinning experience while watching the Tampa Bay Lightning game. We had the pulled pork sliders and the fried Oreos, both of which were phenomenal! This was our first visit and we will definitely be returning. Think we found our new local spot!
Edit: Well, I hadn't been in a while and some friends invited me out for karaoke. One of our friends had some food that didn't agree with his stomach and started to feel sick. There was a long line for the 2 co-ed bathrooms and unfortunately got sick in the trash can. The manager/owner I guess assumed he was drunk and stated he had to leave. We asked if he could just stay by our table and drink water, since it was the food not alcohol that made him sick. They refused and we ended up all leaving. If this is how you treat people who get sick eating your food then we would rather not give you our business.

Me and my partner came to Orlando from the UK for a holiday back in June. We absolutely love music and wanted to eat and go to an open mic night. So we chose copper rocket. Our first experience there was great, we were served by this lovely lady that had only been there a couple of months. Her service was excellent. Food was great as well. Followed by open mic night which was a laugh and a great night was had. We loved it that much, we came back the next Tuesday. However, our experience changed massively. The wonderful waitress wasn't to be seen. Service was slow with drinks and because we weren't regulars, we felt quite a hostility towards us, like everything we asked seemed a problem. Thst being said, not all staff were like this. When we come back to Orlando, we will probably visit again. Cody the sound guy was also excellent.
Parking: Parking was OK depending on what time you catch it. Shared parking

We went there on Saturday, there were ten of us and the bartender yelled at us that we should have called ahead and said we had to sit at a table if we were going to get served. He told us he was the only one there. This sounds like a problem when you own a bar and a group comes in looking to spend a good amount of money and you get treated like we did. I will NEVER go back and support this establishment again.
