I love the vibe of this pub! Super chill and cozy, the food was amazing as well. Food took its time to come out, nothing too crazy, but it was piping hot when it did. Highly recommend the Bianca pizza and giant pretzel.

David's customer service was great. He was very attentive but never annoying. He helped us pick the right drinks based on our preferences. The low lighting was great and all the wood adds to the great atmosphere. We had the giant pretzel and it was BY FAR THE BEST PRETZEL WE HAVE EVER HAD. Also, the beer cheese that comes with it is just as amazing. The pretzel brought tears to our eyes. (Not exaggerating)

I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience. I go in for the finals with my partner tonight to grab some food and a couple drinks (fun fact the drinks we never even got HA) The vibe was off from the start as it took the older gentleman 20 minutes at least to come greet us. When he finally did come back he put in apps for us then left for another 30. Comes back and i try again to order my drink , a strawberry lemon drop when he says they don’t have strawberry , I say that’s fine just do a normal one . He then proceeds to take my partners food order and just walk of and my partner has to say “excuse me she would like ___” It was actually like I was watching something in another dimension. I still don’t know if i paid for my cocktails because he never printed or let me see a receipt just my total? And again never came back with my cocktails ? Just kept taking his own shots and disappearing. I stopped in to try this because I heard good things but this was a horrible place to dine at and surely drink at. Maybe put more than one grumpy guy on at shift and you would do a bit better, there was all but 9 people in there and it’s making sense.
We tried the Smash burger and drink special for lunch. Burger and fries were hot and fresh. Beer was cold. It's been a few years since I've been here. I miss a couple of the old menu items, but Galen told us a new menu is coming soon. Stop in for a quick burger and drink.

One warning: a friend gave me a $50 gift card here and they refused to honor it twice, claiming a technical issue, though no one ever got back to me so I'll assume it was purposeful.

The food and the atmosphere was great but unfortunately the service that we got was terrible. We sat at the bar because there were no tables available and the second we got there our bartender was so rude. Randy looked like he hated working there and we overheard him complain about people sitting at the bar on karaoke night with their tab closed. He kept on forgetting to get our black friend drinks and once we asked to close our tab he refused to give us an itemized receipt before we paid. Once we paid, we pointed out there was an issue on our tab and he gave us attitude. Honestly it wasn’t even about the money but we were just annoyed about the bad service. I would come back to his place as long as there’s different staff to take care of our group. On previous occasions we’ve had bartender Nico. and he has always give us outstanding service and drinks.
