The food was ok but the atmosphere was awful. It was very noisy and impossible to talk. We did not feel welcome in the establishment. There were other clients that seemed like they were regulars who gave us a lot of looks and seemed like they were being extra loud in order to be disruptive. Furthermore, despite our bad experience we were still charged an automatic 18% tip. We will not be returning.

Looked like the server was busy. Trying to please everyone. She did good, but I think that on some days the restaurant will need extra help. We where happy with out server and food. Outside was awesome, pack and fun. Bit we prefer insiste, quietness 🤫 Will serenely return soon. Food was A#1

I went to a Puerto Rican restaurant this weekend and they included an 18% tip that I didn't realize would be automatic. No big deal, but then I saw that the suggested tips were based on the total of the food and the included tip. In what sane world would tipping on a tip make sense?
Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a party of 3 and were seated quickly. The server, Thalia was excellent and took our order quickly. The drinks came quickly, but the food was a bit slow, which wasn't a problem. The food and atmosphere were just OK, but the prices were outrageous. The disappointing part was that I believe they are scamming customers and I don't use that term lightly. Our bill came to $157.12 including an 18% tip that I didn't see documented anywhere (but I may have missed it). That wasn't an issue, but the problem was the suggested tips were based on the menu items AND THE ALREADY INCLUDED TIP. They suggest that we tip on the tip. To me, that is insane. I was disappointed because I live near here and was hoping for a new regular place to visit. I had told friends and coworkers that I was looking forward to eating here, then I had to explain the unethical billing practices they use. I won't support a place that scams their customers; I can't imagine anyone would.

When I miss my Beautiful Island I come to Ven Paca the food the atmosphere is amazing and let’s not talk about the Servers Thalia this is the second time I’ve been here and your energy and your patience is absolutely incredible I took my 76 old mom she talk to Thalia for a good 15 to 20 minutes about Puerto Rico about Patilla, guavate and Thalia was interacting with my mom like she knew her for years. Ven pa ca is home away from home!!🇵🇷
