Holy shizz this pizza was amazing. We are down here on vacation and had a pizza craving and after googling and reading reviews, we decided on Coast to Coast Pizza. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and meatball appetizer. Everything was phenomenal. The meatballs were moist and huge and came with extra marinara, a garlic knot and a huge scoop of ricotta. The garlic knots were fresh, soft and loaded. And the best part....the pepperoni pizza came loaded with the tiny pepperonis, all crispy and delicious from the pizza oven. We INHALED half the pizza and most of the meatballs immediately, leaving a little for breakfast (is there anything better than cold pepperoni pizza first thing in the morning???).
10/10 would definitely eat here again

We are staying on Fiesta Key and decided to try based on good reviews. Unfortunately, there was very little cheese, too many spices, and tiny pepperonis. Not impressed enough to buy it again.

Pizza did not look like it had been freshly baked. It tasted as if it had been reheated. The mozzarella cheese did not pull apart like fresh baked cheese. Will not order from them again.

1 full long hour for a pizza
Would recommend only for young people
Old people can come too but should bring a loved one
So they won’t die alone waiting
Smells great when you walk in. Pizza was good.

Came here based on Stoolepresidente’s one bike review. Although, I did not get their aptly named “7.7 cheese pie”. Instead, I opted for the New York - margherita. I was great! Their sauce is tangy and delicious. Good undercarriage, minimal flop. Oh also… their key lime pie is the best in the keys…. It actually comes from their sister restaurant SS Wreck. After a week of key lime pie touring, theirs is the best.
Exceeded my expectations. Sauce, cheese and crust ratio were spot on. Perfect. Mild char on the pizza topped it off.

Kamila was an absolute sweetheart—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure our pizzas were fresh and delivered faster than expected. Service like that really stands out! This is definitely a go-to pizza spot when you’re in the Keys.

We got takeout here during our Marathon vacation, not once but TWICE. With 10 family members of all ages, if you find a place that everyone likes, it's worth going back again. This is the best NY style pizza I've ever had south of Philly. We also greatly enjoyed the garlic knots and the Caesar salads. I sent another guest at our resort their way as well. If we're in town again, we'll be back!
