Very rude and disrespectful owners, ordered 3 iced lattes that were $10 each! And didn’t tip because I was not waited on and the customer service skills were horrible. Was told my order was going to be cancelled AFTER I paid and that I would not be served because I didn’t tip. A tip is earned and they certainly did not earn it.
Not only are there books and cats, but the coffee and pastries are very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.
Every single book that he has recommended to me, I have loved. I just tell him what I’m into and he always picks out the perfect titles! They also have all the kids’ books by local writers/artists. Love going in to pet the kitties and have delicious coffee while checking out the books. It has become a favorite for the whole family.
