My son, who has autism, went in to order a family meal, but couldn't remember to call it a family meal. Eager to get his KFC fix, he ordered the bucket of chicken (16-piece), mashed potatoes, and soda. He was charged $39.40.
Why could the KFC team not ask him if he meant a bundle? It would have been a lot cheaper.
My son wanted to surprise me for my birthday. I did not realize that KFC treats patrons with special needs this way. Shame on you!
That was the absolutely worst KFC I had ever had. The biscuits were harder than a rock, the chucken so overdone that three quarters of the bone was exposed on the drumsticks., and the gravy was so watery it was like something out of a toilet bowl after a stomach upset.
We ordered for a 2nd anniversary dinner, so I wouldn't have to cook and we could enjoy our time together. I will never, ever, EVER! order KFC again. Horrible!
