My wife and I stopped in for a Saturday night dinner and were VERY HAPPY we did. I ordered the fried calamari app and hogfish over pasta special, and both were to die for! My wife loved her stuffed shells. The cannoli dessert was enough to share. 5 star Italian cuisine!! The menu is extensive, and our server Michelle guided us through it expertly. We stopped here for an evening meal after a long day at the beach. The food and service was exquisite! We had chicken parm, friend calamari, and conch ceviche. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The wait staff were extremely warm and welcoming. It was so good in fact that we’re here again a couple nights later getting the same exact order. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I have never had a bad meal or experience at Triton. My favorite Italian restaurant in the keys. Michelle is an amazing waitress and a fun personality. Check it out you won't be disappointed.
