We had an incredible evening at 844 the Restaurant. Chris, the host, gave us a warm welcome and set the tone for a great night. Jamie, our server, was friendly and attentive, striking the perfect balance between professional and personable. Henry, the sommelier, recommended a beautiful Châteauneuf-du-Pape that paired perfectly with our appetizers—lamb lollipops and beef carpaccio, both of which were outstanding. I started with a Hendrick’s and tonic, and we also enjoyed a couple of perfectly crafted espresso martinis.
For dinner, we shared the ribeye—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. To top it all off, they surprised us with a wonderful birthday dessert that made the evening feel extra special. Tim, the owner, was present and clearly passionate about creating a top-tier dining experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting.
Truly one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I just had a terrific meal tonight with my wife and close friends. Every dish that came out, 1 was better than the other, from the octopus escargot and oyster appetizers to the steaks and scallops.i highly recommend you to go and enjoy the atmosphere and my waiter Mario was so pleasant and attentive. We went yesterday 844 Gulf & Prime, The restaurant is very pretty with a casual elegance, atmosphere is nice. The bar is big very big and the smell of smoked Old fashioned with real oak wood was delicious, I will order one next time Filet mignonette Steak was perfect my wife really like it I order the special , red snapper is was also delicious, very fresh I will recommend this place for dinner or just a visit to the bar Our server Jasmine was always on top, very nice service , she did a great job, very professional

My wife and I are visiting Marco with some friends from Wisconsin. I was looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate our 40 year anniversary and settled on the 844 gulf and prime. We were not disappointed. All of the food was outstanding and our waiter Marty was actually one of the managers and was great. He was extremely friendly and somewhat of a comedian. After great appetizers and a perfectly prepared main course, Marty brought us dessert on the house to commemorate our anniversary. Great food, great service and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend and if we ever visit Marco Island again it will definitely be on our list of places to eat.

Our waiter was Mario, he was so nice! I was blown away by his attention to detail and professional service. The food was absolutely delicious. Marco is a small island and it is filled with pizza, pasta, and burgers but to have an upscale place like this is truly a win. I will gladly return when visiting the island. I hope they continue with the great service, beautiful ambiance, and delicious food. Loved it.

I don’t usually give reviews of restaurants but this place was exceptional and we will be back. Mario served us and he was extremely attentive, charismatic, and detail oriented. We got the caviar, PEI oysters, carpaccio for apps and it was divine and extremely clean. For our main, we got the dry aged steak, ribeye, coquilles saint jacques, and stuffed grouper. For dessert we had the baked Alaska and bananas foster. What a great meal! I love how clean the ingredients were, and I did not feel extremely stuffed or felt crappy after eating all of that food. The portion sizes were perfect and the food came out in a timely manner. I also had a delicious mocktail. And the tiramisu martini was a great end to the meal. Would definitely go again.

I felt like I was in the middle of a frat party. The restaurant was so noisy, the next table was swearing and loud.
I had a chicken dish that wasn’t edible, the chicken was so over cooked and was nothing as describe on menu.
I was hopeful- huge disappointment!
