What a great night at Arios last night! You all, whatever you do, please do yourselves a favor and request Khan as your server - what a marvelous human! His knowledge of the menu and selections from drinks to dessert is vast and I swear he could read our minds. He made this birthday celebration for our visiting daughter and her best friend just unforgettable. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection, the sea bass was perhaps the best I've ever ordered and the branzino with lobster sauce - off the charts grand. Pair all that with lobster mac and cheese and asparagus? Chefs kiss 1000 times! We've dined here several times and always know it will be a terrific evening but we've never had Khan before and now? That moves it up even more as a must dine experience. What a treasure he is to the Marriott and truly to this ol' earth. Just pure joy! Well done, Arios, well done.

My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it came well done. The server immediately took it back and they cooked another steak. Nice but waited 20 minutes for it while I finished my meal. However, they did not charge us for the steak.

I feel it was over priced for the amount of food. It was annoying that you have to order and pay for sides separately.

Mido was a great server so friendly and went above and beyond to make a great experience. Rob the som was so friendly and helpful so knowledgeable about the wines. Food was great.

We had an amazing dinner experience at Ario at J W Marriott on Marco Island Florida Our server , Khan gave us the best service we had ever experienced of any restaurant we have been to . We have been to many many upscale restaurants but none has compared to the JW Marriot on Marco. So if you’re considering dining on Macon, you have to go to Ario at the JW Marriott and ask to have Khan as you server . You will have the best dining experience on your life . Enjoy !!!
We have eaten at many fine steakhouses in our day, Berns, Peter Lugers etc. to use as comparables, and we had an excellent meal last night at Ario that was close in quality and service as the best in the business. Our server Joe was phenomenal, he made the night! The food was excellent and everything was cooked well. My wife says that expresso martini was the best she has ever had! All in all, we highly recommend. I thought my sea bass was cooked well, but the foam portions of the dish were a little bland. I don’t eat red meat (their specialty) so that’s on me. Everyone else at the table had steak/pork and loved theirs. Also, towards the end of our meal we had a sales conference doing awards presentations near us that was distracting, but not enough to be a problem or we would have asked to be moved inside.
All in all, a memorable night. Thank you!

My children and I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Khan, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we sat down, he made my children and me feel genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. His kindness and warmth truly stood out, especially in the way he interacted with my kids—he went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. His attentiveness and thoughtful service went far beyond expectations, and it was so clear that he truly cares about the guests he serves.

Not so great anymore. Something has gone wrong in the last few months as others are starting to report too. Steaks were all four at the wrong temperature. My mushroom dish bland and covered in too much of a brown flaked, but ultimately scentless, 'truffle'. Carrots side were inconsistently cooked. Restaurant is very noisy. For this price the meal should be flawless. Service was great. Will skip coming here next time.
