“I wish I took a picture of my dish. I’ve been using Mongolian beef as my judge for Chinese restaurants for decades. Easily eaten it thousands of times at hundreds of restaurants. The Mongolian Beef at KJ was in the top three I’ve ever had. That includes some very high end places in every big city. To find a gem like this in a corner on Marco Island was a wonderful discovery. I’ll be coming back every time I visit the island. The dish was spicy. I asked for as spicy as they make, nothing gets to me anymore, and this was right on the edge of the hottest food I’ve been served in any of the restaurants. The flavors were excellent and the ingredients were top notch.
We also had a few sushi rolls, all fantastic, and the krab rangoons were the best I’ve had in years. You can tell they really care, I made a mistake reading the menu and they fixed it up right away. (On that note order the big giant roll without deep fry and it’s amazing, I just don’t like hot rolls).
I think the owner was the one who took care of that for me and I meant to thank him in person and let him know how amazing that Mongolian beef was, but I didn’t get a chance. Hope you read this review! I can’t wait to be back!“
