Ice cream was OK, nothing special. Beware! If you plan on using a credit card there is a 40% charge!! Our cash total was $20, but if we would have paid with our credit card our total was $28!!! That's price gouging at its finest! Good thing I had cash. Go to Mr Bentley's instead. You won't be disappointed. Don't take my word, read their reviews.

Added on a fee for using debit card. This is against my Mastercard agreement and they bypassed it by adding on 24 cents as part of the charge. Customers must stand up through reviews or practices like this will continue.

Yesterday I gave the place a 5 star review, today the person working there was the complete opposite… she was late opening the store, not friendly at all and drives a white BMW. Poor representation especially compared to yesterday.

Came in on labor day....one person working, the staff member on duty was very rude and pushy....simply kept pushing us to decide and order....her favorite qoute is have you decided ,have u decided...as if there were 50 people behind us in line, the store was empty. The staff member made my daughters feel as if they are being annoying to the person by simply asking. Just an absolutely unpleasant experience and will definitely not be returning. Hopefully this staff member can be a little more friendly in the future. Also was very rude when we asked about a bathroom. She just had a disgusted face the entire time we were there. And finally the ice-cream was not very good in the end.

Great ice cream, terrible customer service. Rude girl at the store, rushing our order even though we were the only ones at the store. I couldn't get her name. This happened on 7/25 around 2 in the afternoon. She was wearing a light brown sweater. Right after we got our order we spent 2 seconds to grab some napkins and she rudely told us they don't do indoor seating. We know they don't, plus there are not even seats inside anyway. I don't know what was wrong with this girl, but she's definitely nothing like what we remember from other times we've had ice cream here. Needless to say, we're not coming back or recommending this place. I can spend my money somewhere else where it is appreciated.

This was our first ice cream stop when visiting Marco & the entire family loved it! We went to other ice cream shops but none compared to Beebe’s. We really enjoyed the ice cream and the staff was sweet every time.

I got the rum and raisin in a sugar cone but my husband said the chocolate peanut butter ice cream flavor was a hit. That flavor is truly a hit. The staff is nice and the ice cream is delicious and creamy.

Beebe's went above and beyond to ensure my son, who has severe food allergies, could safely enjoy their delicious ice cream. The staff's attentiveness was truly remarkable. They took the extra care to open a fresh container, use a new scooper, wash their hands thoroughly, and put on gloves before serving us. This level of dedication to our safety provided immense peace of mind. We are so grateful for their thoughtful service and highly recommend Beebe's to anyone, especially those with food allergies.
