My wife and I went here for her birthday and the staff were wonderful. We're not your typical get dressed up and go out type people so we expected to feel a little out of place, but the staff were so overwhelmingly friendly and down to earth, I didn't feel a stitch out of place. On top of that, the food DEFINITELY matched the price tag. Im a big believer in price matching quality and I was not disappointed. The swordfish was phenomenal and my wife said the same of her entrée. On top of all of that I saw my wife smile and have a nice birthday meal, which is worth everything to me. I even gave a 50 percent tip but angela earned every cent. I hope this business prospers for many years and keeps their wonderful and very sweet staff.

Had a delightful meal with our friends, graciously served by AJ. The portions are large and the flavors are memorable. I’ve had better Caesar salads, but the fact that the restaurant provides soup or salad with the entrée is something that should be emulated by other restaurants in the area.

Beautiful upscale Italian cuisine with friendly staff and live music in the lounge. Shrimp and scallops ala vodka was excellent and a nice cannoli to finish the evening.

Really enjoy my meal and the service. Loved the giant bowl of freshly grated cheese they leave on the table. I'll be back.

Food was poorly prepared. I had the Salmon Livornese. It was drenched in heavy sauce and the amount of sauce exceeded the amount of seafood. It was supposed to be sauteed. My wife had Gnocchi Gorgonzola and it was like soup! Bread was on table with only olive oil and dried out cheese, no butter. Prices were very high for food this poor. Waiter was awful. He never mentioned you had to ask for anchovies in your salad. (Seems the norm is you ask if you don't want). He never asked about bread. He screwed up the orders and the credit cards, as well as rudely passing stuff onto the table almost spilling on us.

What a great place to eat on Marco Island. Not only is the food fantastic, I had the Mozzarella in carrozza for appetizer and the most tender veal franchise I’ve ever had in Florida and the service is absolutely fantastic. The whole staff is so attentive and my water glass was never empty. I can’t wait to go back again!! I highly recommend them!!!

The food was ok, not the best, and the price didn't reflect the quality. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very nice.

Great Italian entrees at a very reasonable price. Service was very good and the atmosphere was quite active but loud. Overall a great dining experience. We had the Lemon Drop, Chicken Francais, Lasagna and Rigatoni with Sausage. All were excellent.

Ciao Bella restaurant lacks curb appeal, but once inside, it offers a pleasant ambiance and attentive service. While the food was good, it fell short of expectations for an Italian restaurant—particularly the bread, which lacked freshness. Overall, the pricing felt a bit high for the quality provided.

Always a great experience. Hidden gem in a strip mall, but friendly, attentive servers, and excellent preparation and presentation.

Ciao Bella is a great Italian restaurant in Marco Island. It is tucked away in a mall, and not visible from Collier Blvd. But when you step inside it is beautiful and elegant. The bar is great, and the food is delicious. The salad was surprisingly good. Served with hot bread, and olive oil. I had the stuffed Pork Chop with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Others had Chicken Marsala and the Mussels. Everything was excellent. The service was very attentive.

I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve gone the food has been uneditable Last night, we had a table of 5. When I made the reservation, we were told we were going to sit in the bar area, which we were very happy. When we got there, we found out we were not sitting at the bar area 2 of us ordered spaghetti with marinara with sausage. The dish had no flavor and the sausage was Extremely overcooked and dry. Pasta with Alfredo sauce was Very watering and overcooked. The worst part about his management didn’t even seem to be concerned.
