Would have been a perfect evening out if it wasn't for the front hostess, who we were told is named Diana, who passes herself off as the owner. After being shown to the dining area our friends asked if we could change the table we were brought to so that it wasn't right in the walk way coming in. We asked the wait staff and they courteously sat us at another table of our choice. After settling in, this person named Diana came to our table and chastised us for changing tables. We were told we couldn't just do that, that WE had to go back up to the front and tell them we wanted to change, not just take the word of the wait staff who we asked, which Diana said probably didn't understand English and had no right to accommodate our request. Perhaps she needs to chastised the wait staff for their response, not the customers. Image our surprise of being publicly confronted in a rude and loud voice witnessed by the people seated at the tables around us, by this person claiming to be an owner rather than making sure her customers were satisfied with the seating.
We would have left the restaurant at that point had we not brought another couple with us and didn't want to inconvenience them.
Our waitress Mechella, was just wonderful and the food and preparation was delicious. However I don't know how long a business can survive with someone like Diana being rude and obnoxious to customers.
Amazing food and staff!

A great choice for a fancy meal on Marco. From the white tablecloths to premium service it's a great place for a high end meal. Repeat customer.

Great food and very good service. It is a bit pricey but I think it was worth it. The restaurant itself is nice but a bit hard to find. It's in the almost invisible courtyard in a business building that looks like it's just a set of doctors offices
Food and service was very good. noise level was ridiculous as we were sat in a small room with a party of 10 next to us as well as two other tables in the small room. Plenty of seating was available outside of this room and we would've loved to have hung out more and listened to the live music, but we didn't have that opportunity to do so .
We had dined at Arturo‘s several times. It is always great. The food is wonderful. The service is fabulous. The ambience is beautiful.
The food was simply delicious. My crusted salmon was the best I have ever eaten and so was my husband's shicken francaise. The amaretto cake was scrumptious. JAcob the server was wonerful and attentive to our needs. We loved the ambiance too, Greatly recommended. Will certainly come again.
Our meal was just average. We were a party of 6. The shrimp scampi was good, the chicken franchaise sauce was tasty but the chicken itself didn't have much flavor. Soft shell crab was good, the chicken parmigiana and chicken Marsala was average. The Caesar salad was an upcharge and not worth it. The bread was hard and the butter was too cold and wouldn't spread. Cappuccino was subpar. I expected better from this restaurant. Don't think we will be back.

We went to Arturo's a couple of weeks ago at its new location, and it was not the same experience as it was at the previous location. I agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned that the volume of the music was too loud (and maybe too close) to the dining room area. We felt like we had to talk over the music during dinner, which made the overall experience somewhat unpleasant. Whilere there were windows, it may also help to add some curtains since the view was of a street or a bank parking lot to make the setting more intimate. The service was good, aside from a minor delay in getting the check. The food was great as usual!
