We just love Cav’s. The bar is dark and cozy. The bartenders are great, especially Rob.

We had the Chicken Cheese Cheese Steak Sandwiches. Super yummy!

We had such a great dining experience here! Every plate was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The tomato and mozzarella salad was definitely a highlight—so vibrant and drizzled perfectly with balsamic glaze. The wings were crispy and juicy with a great dipping sauce, and the burger plate with fries was classic and satisfying. Everything was well-seasoned and served hot. The portions were generous, and the presentation made it all look as good as it tasted. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a casual yet delicious meal!

The worst pizza we’ve had on Marco, but first let’s talk about the house salad.

The lettuce was wilted and obviously not fresh. There were a few cherry tomatoes thrown in, tons of red onion, and a pile of mushy roasted red peppers, which tasted like they came from a jar, piled in the center of the lettuce.

We ordered a basic cheese pizza to go. It’s important to note that we were not late picking it up and it did not sit in the box. When I got it, I was told it just came out of the oven and to “be careful because it’s hot.”

The slices weren’t cut all the way through, so we used our own pizza cutter. It was a soggy mess. I’m talking zero crisp. Think totally flop. The crust didn’t taste fresh, and my wife commented that it tasted like it was frozen. I assume it wasn’t.

We ate one slice, threw the rest of it in the trash and ordered another pizza from the Italian Deli - which was excellent.

Perhaps Cavs simply had a one-off bad pizza and salad night. That happens, but with so many pizza options on Marco Island, Cavs is a one and done for us.

This was our first time eating at Cav's. We had the Pasta Bolognaise and a Calzone with pepperoni. Both dishes were large portions and very tasty! It was surprising how meaty the bolognaise was and just how much of it was in the dish. We added meatballs to the pasta. The meatballs were very tasty but completely unnecessary, since there was sooo much meat in the sauce to begin with.

We will definitely be going back. We would definitely order the same dishes again, except we really want to try the Philly Cheesesteak eggrolls, fried raviolis, the meatball sub and others.

We would never leave the Island without our visit to Cav’s! Love their pizza! Stromboli is delicious.

The service was good and the pasta was delicious. New owner was really nice too.

We went with a group of people. We all ordered drinks and pizza's. Positives are the pizza & drinks were excellent ? Our friends ordered a pizza with no Mushrooms due to her allergy to them. Glad her husband tasted the pizza first because they got the order wrong! Our server seemed to be quite confused? He must have been new or a bad night on his part because the owner offered to take the pizza & drinks off. We will try again another night.

I have been a long time customer. Recently service has been lacking. New owners took over the business and are very service oriented. Went there yesterday for Sunday football. Wow what a difference. We had a great time, excellent food and service was outstanding.

Great Primavera pizza and the meatball salad was excellent. Awesome food. A little too dark in the bar. But thats the atmosphere. Restaurant side was brighter and friendly.
