La Tavola Restaurant and Bar

Their summer early menu is quite extensive. The price point for the 3 course meal is on point. From the great wait staff, wine selection and entree selection it is a must do .

Food was awful. Mussels were severely overcooked and tasted funky, not fresh. White wine broth was basically a yellow water, tasted musty. Pasta was less than par w little flavor, low quality tasting ingredients/sauce. If you have a restaurant in Florida, a filtered water system is a must. Water smelled and tasted of Sulfur. Compared to the other Italian restaurants we visited while in Marco Island, this was by far the worst. If you value fresh quality, seasonal ingredients then I would not recommend this restaurant.

Service was fast, too fast. Felt rushed. Food excellent. Service friendly but not overly attentive. I would return

I think it's so sad when a restaurant has to charge for bread service. $11 for a small thin less than a half a loaf of bread! Especially when they are over charging for everything else on the menu. Pure Greed . Also if you have a gift card they will not allow you to pay the tip with the card!

I would have to say the food was below average for the price that you pay. Portions are very small. Usually we're leaving a good Italian restaurant. You always leave with leftovers. That was not the case here. The pork chop I had, had no flavor, but was cooked to a good temperature. My wife had pasta, was a very small portion, she said it was just OK. My daughter had the chicken milianese and she didn't like it. Much better choices for places on the island than here.

We stayed on Marco Island for five nights and this was by far our favorite restaurant and favorite meal. Shout out to Doobie who was a fabulous server. Our meal was equally fabulous. We ordered the Arancini which were very good. The chicken Milanese with truffle polenta was excellent. The lobster and crab Mac and cheese was everything you could want in the dish - the portion size was perfect and there was a lot of crab and lobster. The veal piccata was very good as was the bolognese. The pound cake dessert was terrific. And my daughter loved the pecan pie. Also the drinks were very tasty. The atmosphere was perfect for a lovely evening out. Highly recommend going there. You won't be disappointed. We will be back!

Our server “Doobie” was excellent, making our 39th anniversary very special. The food was amazing…best CRISPY duck, ever!! A little disappointed the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini was not garnish with a blueberry or a lemon…for $13! 🤔

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Both times our party of 4 ate here ( once for dinner and once for breakfast), we were impressed by the food as well as our servers! The cocktails were excellent- especially my breakfast Bloody Mary! We'll def be back the next time we're in Marco Island.

First time ever. Returned 2 Grouper specials. The fish was mushy and tasted bad. Underbelly skin.

Our waitress, Michaela, was fantastic! She provided just the right amount of service without hovering and suggested some delicious entrees. The Blackened Triple Tail and Scallops & Shrimp Linguine were big hits! However, the interesting combo of Seared Scallops & BBQ Pork Belly was Yummy! Thanks to Michaela and the rest of the crew at La Tavola for an incredible start to our vacation in Marco Island!

Seated on time, attentive service from Paulo. A diverse menu. We had steak and seafood dinners perfectly prepared - will definitely return.

We had inner at La TAVOLA on a Monday night. We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server Pablo was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a bottle of red wine from WA State which was very good. Our main dishes were a lamb burger and Fra Diavolo. Both dishes were excellent. Definitely a place to return to.

Another wonderful dinner at La Tavola. Scallops with risotto, bison burger, and prime pork chop were all excellent. Service was top notch, also.
