I came through the drive-through number two this morning. I waited for three cars to go by. I’ve said three times hello is there anybody there? A lady responded to the first lane stating give me one moment. I guess the people in the first lane did not like that very much and they left. Then she responded with what kind of get you with, sir when they were ladies in the first lane. then another car came up and she took their order first so that would be four cars and my order still wasn’t taken. I completely left. That was completely unacceptable and there’s cameras at the drive-through, are you really gonna tell me you had no idea there was a big white van in your drive-through just waiting for other people got their order taken.

I ordered through the tablet inside since the drive thru was full and it was a busy day. I wanted to pay in the register because I had cash and we received our order number. After about an hour of waiting, I went and asked the worker where my order was. First of all, he looked like he didn’t want to be there and was giving me attitude from the beginning. I told him I’ve been waiting an hour for my order and gave him my order #, he said it was a busy day so they didn’t take it because we didn’t pay thru card/online. Like what am I supposed to do then??? He also said that they aren’t taking any new orders, I said I wasn’t interested in that because I had ordered an hour ago. He said if we want to do a new order that we’d have to wait another hour. I literally told him I’m good off that and left. It was so disrespectful that they just looked at my order and decided to not make it just because I was paying in cash. I understand that they’re busy and there’s not a lot of workers, but even then it was a simple order for my little brother (Happy meal) and they couldn’t make it. So unprofessional and rude never going back again..!!

I have been through drive thru now 3 times and my code never works. Also tried new chicken strips. Ugh. Don’t bother! Soggy and no taste.
Next time a person asks for light tartar sauce,put it the way the customer wants it ,i had gotten a double fish sandwhich as if they got mad and smooch the whole tartar sauce on the fish.this is how you lose good customers.ya need to start watching those lazy workers,too, going to call the court to report this asap.i also took a picture of the burger,had to throw it away bcause who knows looked wet as if they spit on it too.worse than chinese restaurants.

One of the worst McDonald's around, lucky for them it is the only fast food on Marco. Always slow and just a little dirty, the staff is ok, although you only interact with them at the drive though, you have to order food at the kiosks, which usually half of them don't work and then often the order you get is wrong. Unfortunately no other fast food options on the island.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but nothing specific or special fir kids like mcdonald's used to have.

I was just told by the manager who says her and everybody else’s name is Marie , that I should’ve went somewhere else if I didn’t wanna wait over 20 minutes for a hamburger

They put onions on 2 fish fillets I ordered?? I said 2 sandwiches and an onion ring. Didn't know they didn't sell onion rings?? Return to make a complaint. Told them what I ordered. They said we don't sell onion rings? Okay but why didn't the person who took my order say that instead of putting onions on it??. They just gave it back to me. Saying nothing they can do. Totally disgusting sandwich. Took one bite and threw it out. I also feel sick to my stomach from taking a bite of it.
