Terrible experience. Their website says free chips and salsa. We ordered that and a side of guacamole. Paid the bill and was charged 12 dollars for the chips and guacamole. Asked to see the manager and was escorted by staff to where she was sitting at the bar. Asked her about the discrepancy. She quickly became rude with hand gestures which she touched both of us with her dramatic hand gestures and claimed it was ok, and we could only get credit for 3 dollars. It never was about the money as she portrayed it back to us. But to us it was the the principle, that you advertise a price and then are totally rude and completely disrespectful. I will never eat at this place again. She has no bussiness managing this establishment.

They have a great location. The shrimp were good and larger than I thought they would be from there. Service was horrible. After the waitress took the order she never came back. Someone else dropped the food off. Not one person came over to check if we okay and if the food was good. I had to get extra napkins from inside and I had to find the waitress to cash out. Never going there again

Quite simply the service was poor, the food average at best. Five of the six in our group didn’t even order Mexican food and for a happy hour treat with one discounted drink $50 per couple seemed unreasonable. In fairness the server was young and green and may have made mistakes on each one of the separate three bills but we just paid it and left. First time here as well.

We ate at Nacho Mamas a few years ago and had terrific food. Went for lunch yesterday and noticed that they remodeled. I ordered Mexican pizza and my wife ordered chicken chimichanga.
This is the first Mexican restaurant I've eaten in that did not offer chips and salsa. The food was tasteless.

If I could give them a negative number, I would. This was the day before they closed down for renovations. It was so loud that it made it very hard to talk to each other. The server was very flirty with the guys, after serving us our food she never came back to the table. The big thing is when I went to the bar and paid the bill with my credit card, I gave her a 15+% cash tip. She got mad and said (and not in a quiet voice), "That's not enough" then stormed off. She never told us they charge 20% gratuity automatically. So, she got a 35+% tip. She was extremely RUDE. I am a 70 year old man and I have never in my life had anyone talk to me like that before. I will never go back there again.

We dinned at Nacho Mama’s and enjoyed both dishes! I had the Nacho rice bowl with shredded chicken and it was delicious! Dish was big and can be easily shared (could not finish). The other dish was the 3 tacos ?, rice , Beans, and yummy! Run don't walk to this amazing Mexican restaurant with great food , prices and service! Going back to get dessert and will advise then, see you there!
Great food but had to wait. Not sure why wait was so long; even just to get our drink selection. If you're not in a hurry, then it's the place for you.
