This is a great casual options in the plaza. I ate here 2 nights in a row because it was easy for me to get a seat at the bar. The bartender Scott was friendly quick and accommodating. Weird for me to say but this Mexican place has some of the best buffalo wings I've had in a long time. They were big, juicy and cooked well and the sauce was the perfect amount of spice with that classic flavor. I also would recommend the chili rellano, allot of places when it comes out it's just a soggy mess but not here, it was served crispy on the outside with a nice flavorful filling.

Wow, this place has gone downhill. Been coming down to Marco for decades, and I don't know if restaurants are just trying to recoup losses from COVID, but we did not have a good experience.Chips were stale, chili con queso was bordering on cold and tasted like Hormel, and the salsa was meh. All those mediocre apps to start? $24.They were busy, but our server was inattentive even after taking this into account, and when he did come to the table, he didn't clear anything- we had to ask. Empty plates and glasses sat for a long time.Entrees were OK, which redeemed things a bit. Then we got the bill.So for 5 people, 2 rounds of drinks (some of which were soft drinks), some very bland/stale apps, and 5 various taco entrees with rice and beans? $288? Really? Turns out, they added an automatic 20% gratuity. For a party of 8, I could understand. But 5?We checked a menu on the way out, and there's fine print at the bottom of the menu that states, "We reserve the right to add 20% gratuity" and "A 3% convenience will be charged if you pay with a credit card." Um? Automatically added 20% tip? For a party of 5? For inattentive service? And a service charge for paying with a credit card?One of our party asked the owner about the gratuity, who in turn passed the buck to our server- "Well, your server should've told you about that." Riiiiiight.These are horrible fleeces for a very mediocre restaurant. We will not be returning, and we recommend you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere on Marco. Go to Snook Inn instead.

Have been dining here for over 15 years, had food tasted old, server did not know menu nor did he understand when we asked for things, stood around and fist-pumped with all the other male servers and we could not get his attention. I called the restaurant a week later, just to let the owner know this experience was not up to the usual Nacho Mama standards, the owner got defensive, would not let me finish my sentences and rather than listen, she just went on defense. Do not recommend this place any longer, it is just sad and outdated. Food not fresh

One of the servers had AWFUL body odor. We ordered drinks and planned to eat, but the smell was atrocious, so we just paid for drinks and left. Gross.
Waited over an hour for a table in an empty resteraunt. Then got served the worst nachos I’ve ever had, the bottom of the plate was literally a soup of grease and cheese, featuring wet sopping chips. I then ordered the steak and chicken fajitas which were decent but overpriced. Definitely the best food our group ordered. The bill then had a 20% automatic gratuity which would have been fine if we were served well at all. Ended up paying around 150$ for 3 people to get an app and a meal and a single drink. Definitely better spent anywhere else on Marco.Drinks were the best part of this experience.

Nacho Mama’s deserves 0 stars. The tall white guy (that seems to be the supervisor) treated me and my family like trash, after a 30 min wait. It’s clear that this restaurant only cares about the money but has absolutely no interest in treating costumers properly.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Giving Nacho Mama’s 1 star because there is not the option to give 0. This restaurant has the worst costumer service within Marco Island food places.We were put on the waiting list and were told our waiting time was gonna be 30 mins. The two workers at the entrance seem confused and do not have a clue how to treat costumers and do their job. They told us we could seat on the table and wait the 30 mins before we could order. We decided to walk around while we waited. When we returned to the restaurant passed the 30 mins, we were treated poorly by a rude worker who told us we could not seat and that now we had to wait even longer. He started to rise his voice on us and proceeded to kick us from the table. I literally had to come him down. He seemed very irritated by our presence.Our experience was a very negative one. Mistreatment is a deal breaker for me and unfortunately Nacho Mama’s might know how to cook food (not sure) but definitely doesn’t know how to treat people!

As matter fact, the entire plaza is ran by the same owner or management company. Scammers all around. Pay cash if you can. Waitress tipped herself a fat tip forging the receipt. Thievery at its finest. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
