It is a private club, unless you are a member.

An awesome spot for breakfast after a morning walk on the beach. Cheery counter staff. Meticulously clean dining area for a beach cafe. Chairs and tables are ample with plenty of shade from the morning sun. Breakfast is fun to have here, but stay away from the scrambled eggs (not sure they are eggs). Others had fried eggs in our group and they were reported to be great. Pancakes are the go to meal here.

Great Egg&cheese breakfast sandwich and a mimosa! Also a great place for lunch. I love the turkey burger and the tuna sandwich.

A great place, cheap food and good quality ! I like the toilet in the back where I somewhat sneak in sometimes when I walk the beach

Excellent breakfast and lunch options at Residents Beach, Marco Island. The pancakes are delicious and the soft-shell crab sandwich’s are great as well.

Ordered the hot dog and whitefish basket with french fries. Food here is priced fairly while being warm, fresh cooked and delicious. Hot dog was very tasty, battered fish tasted and looked fresh caught and the fries are crunchy but fluffy. Ideal location right on/off the beach.

I love coming here for breakfast after a long walk on the beach. The food is always good and the prices are great. You have to have a Marco Island Beach residence pass to park so if you do not, you can get to the restaurant by walking on the beach and going in on that side. It's a fun place to go. It's basically a restaurant stand where you order your food and eat outside at a table. They have some covered tables and lots of tables with umbrellas.

Grateful for this little gem of a place to eat, exclusive for Residents Beach members. The chicken salad and french fries are my favorite!

My sister brought me here in my recent vacation. This is a beach place, so one should expect to be seated outdoors in the heat! No problemo if the food is good! The special of the day was a grouper wrap, which sister Susan said was the bomb, so that's what we ordered. The wrap is fried grouper with lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce. It was delicious, and was a perfect treat for lunch! Nice choice, sister!
