Not sure about the hype for this restaurant. Everything is overpriced and though the view of the beach is nice your view is obstructed by beach umbrellas and chairs. The restaurant is located at the beach and one of the pools at the JW Marriott hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities but that does not warrant the higher prices for the limited menu items or their drinks. My wife had the Pear and Walnut salad and I had the blackened Mahi tacos. My wife said the salad was delicious ($12.00) but my Mahi tacos (3) were very dry even though they included an aioli sauce and they definitely were not worth $25.00. Additional items such as my wife's root beer was $7.00 and my draft IPA was $10.00. Resort prices at Marco Island for meals and drinks are higher than expected; however they are severely overpriced at the JW Marriott hotel. We spend a month in Hawaii every year and if I was to make a comparison then I would have to say that our time in Hawaii is a better experience and our cost for meals and drinks are significantly more reasonable. We do like the JW Marriott hotel and Marco Island but would like less exploitation of the prices for meals, drinks, etc., especially when the quality does not warrant the expense. I do not recommend this restaurant.
We had an awesome lunch at Quinn’s on the Beach during our stay at the JW Marriott Marco Island. The setting is absolutely perfect—it’s an open-air, beachfront restaurant with incredible views of the Gulf.
The open concept really makes the whole place feel airy, relaxed, and connected to the beach. You can feel the ocean breeze while you eat, and it’s just steps from the sand, which adds to the laid-back, tropical vibe.
We ordered steak and seafood, and surf and turf option all of which were spot on. The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the seafood was super fresh and flavorful—you can really tell they care about quality. We got fired cala for appetizer as well which was pretty fresh and crispy. It was one of those meals where you don’t rush, because you just want to enjoy every bite (and the view).
The service was friendly and easygoing, and we never felt rushed. It’s the kind of spot where you could spend hours, just sipping a drink, enjoying the music, and watching the waves roll in.
If you’re in Marco Island, whether you’re staying at the JW Marriott or not, Quinn’s is definitely worth a visit for a relaxing meal with a stunning backdrop.
Most overrated and overpriced restaurant on Marco Island. Got 3 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 below-average burgers and the bill came out to almost $250. As a local, it was my first and last time at Quinn’s. Go literally anywhere else on island for a better feed for both quality and bang for your buck.
Food was ok...good variety. Drinks were a bit watery. The atmosphere was fantastic and good service too!
Terrible organization and service.
We went in the morning to ask if we had to reserve and they said us: who first comes first is served. The same evening we went and there were at list 4 tables empty and the same guy told us that there was to wait 50 minutes. When I asked why? He replied: there is a waiting list. Then when I reminded him that HE had said us no reservations he replied that some times they decide to make a waiting list... with tables EMPTY! Of course we left and we went to a more professional restaurant. High NOT recommended
Really a 4.5. If I had two “complaints”, it would be that the cheddar biscuits were not that good and that I wish my grouper had been bigger than 8oz (although it’s very big and meaty for 8oz!). I’ve never had grouper before and went with the blackened grouper based on our waiter Diego’s suggestion and boy, he did not steer me wrong! It was possibly the best fish I’ve ever had. It was almost like a steak. Please get a side of blackened shrimp to go with your grouper cause it paired together so well. Let me talk about the clam chowder: if this wasn’t the best clam chowder I’ve ever had, then it is surely the second best and it DEFINITELY had the BIGGEST chunks of clam I’ve ever had in a clam chowder. I absolutely loved it. For my side, I got the Mexican street corn which was very good, next time I might ask for the corn to be grilled even more.
You can skip the cheddar biscuits, they (unfortunately) are nothing like and nowhere near as good as Red Lobster’s (which is very weird to say since everything else was so good). The gf got the Cobb salad which came with lump crabmeat and blackened shrimp, garden fresh tomatoes, fresh bleu cheese and a house made ranch dressing. Overall, this was easily the best meal I’ve had at the JW Marriott and if I ever come back to Marco island, I’m definitely coming back to Quinn’s.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but, no more! The only things that were good were the waiter and the atmosphere. We spent around $175 and went away hungry! The prices have become outrageous for the amount of food you get!

The two stars come from the view only. Gorgeous sunset, and views to last a lifetime. The food was subpar, live music not great, definitely overcharged for everything. We only saw our waiter twice. Menu said garlic aioli, we asked for it and it was just plain n
mayo. Would definitely not recommend. We were here for a week and it was the worst food that we had by far, while we were here. Do not waste your money. But the sunset was incredible.
What a wonderful place. I don’t know how they did it, but even on rainy days they made it feel sunny…. Food was amazing, Diego and Alex both made great recommendations.

The sunset is beautiful. The food is mediocre. The service is good. The prices are very very high. Parking vallet base price is 48 per car. Ouch. Marco has better options.

So inconsistent. One day we got really bland food and weak drinks, another day we had well seasoned food and delicious drinks that were well balanced. Not sure what the issue was, but sunset and vibes were fun the whole time (if you have kids, otherwise avoid).

The restaurant and atmosphere is nice.
The food was good.
The service and the way the waiters Kamal treated me and my family was horrible.
The waiter acted as if he didn’t have to provide a friendly service. And was rushing when taking our orders.
On the receipt it was a 20% tip included but the service provided was horrible so been that tip is something based on the service and how we are treated. It’s not an amount that I would want to give.
And the waiter Kamal kept giving attitude and brushing it off.
And just to sit us they didn’t want to give us outside sitting.

Don't bother with the lobster roll and clam chowder, absolute garbage. The only positive was the waiter attentiveness. If you want to spend $40 on a lobster roll and $12 on clam chowder come here and be a clown. Honestly I would have eaten a frozen oven pizza or McDonald's if I knew how bad this place was. GARBAGE!
