Beautiful property! Great atmosphere and welcomed warmly. The experience from beginning to end is first class. The food is outstanding! We enjoyed a beautifully delivered four course meal. The oysters are melt in your mouth along with the Cacio e Pepe and Risotto. The Brazino is delicious! A truly great meal.

Was surprised to have a 20% service charge added to the bill. When we asked we were told it wasn't including the top. That is quite a high service charge to add to the bill so it wasn't appreciated. Perhaps they should only add that service charge to patrons that are staying at the resort and not people just coming to eat in their restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely evening and dinner was very good.

The sunset view is unbeatable, but more than that the service staff at Sale e Pepe is top notch. We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday dinner and Mariana is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and goes above and beyond in delivering excellence in hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend!

The food was very good at Sale e Pepe! However when the check came, it had a 30% SERVICE CHARGE & when I questioned the waitress Nicolana about it, she boldly stated that that was to be distributed among the staff but was in NO WAY her tip. SERIOUSLY??? How can a restaurant do this??? Even though I enjoyed our meal, I will never return to Sale e Pepe. Sorry!!

Sunset was beautiful and food was outstanding; staff could have been more attentive for the amount of money spent (e.g., we asked to lemons for water when we sat down, he brought them with the entrees, it took in 25 mins and two reminders to bring a club soda and then had to hunt him down for a refill). He never came back and checked on any food to make sure it was good - luckily it was delicious but odd he never checked after food was delivered to make sure.
