Very unorganized staff. There is no order prioritization. After 25 minutes of waiting for a latte order (left with no coffee after already having paid).

I have never had any real issues with staff, atmosphere, or timing at this location. The staff has always been incredibly friendly to an extent. However, please reassess how you handle food in your cooler. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Cheese and Fruit box at this location within less than six months. Itās June 15th and this box expired on the 10th. When you purchase food you expect for it not to be expired. I opened it and got hit with a fowl Brie smell only to flip the box over to find it expired 5 days after its best by date. This is the 3rd time it has happened. Each time Iāve called, yes Iāve gotten a refund however Iāve also been followed up with consistent excuses why this wasnāt done. Which makes me concerned about how other food is being kept.

The staff works horrible at this location. Waited over 50 minutes to get my order and didnāt get it right. The waiting you have to get a coffee is ridiculous.

This is the worst starbucks Iāve ever been to. We ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Chai, Venti Pink Drink, Tall Pink Drink and a chocolate croissant. The āchaiā and chocolate croissant came out 10 min after I ordered. My chai was actually a vanilla latte no where near what I ordered! Then we waited 45 minutes and received neither of the pink drinks. There were about 30 mobile order drinks sitting out from people who just left because they were waiting so long. They told a customer they had a back up of 60 drinks then announced to the entire store they had a backup of over 100 that they were recovering from? Maybe figure out a new system. We eventually asked for a refund and were giving 0 apologies but instead an insane amount of attitude. We gave our name to the cash register lady and she said āum Iām a lot of steps away from there so weāll get to that when Iām thereā. DO NOT COME HERE.
I know places get busy; however, having to wait 30 minutes for 4 drinks in-house is ridiculous. A 15 minutes wait between the 3rd and 4th drink is unacceptable. And then to be told while waiting for the last drink that the drinks are made in the order received is ridiculous (especially since it was within the same order). The explanation was then followed with being called "sweetie" which is also unacceptable and disrespectful.
They priorized app orders vs in-house. Fix your method.
I got a pink drink and they gave it to me completely melted with no ice and no berries and i payed 7 dollars for it
Very disappointing experience. As we placed our order, a bicycle group of at least 15 people came in and ordered after us. We waited half an hour for our two drinks while they made and served drinks and food to all of the people in the bicycle group behind us. It was completely disorganized and they basically forgot our order by the time the other people were served AND finished their drinks and food. And to think we paid $30 US for two drinks and food and had to wait, completely forgotten about, for over half an hour. We reminded them TWICE about our order when we noticed the bike group was getting served before us, but still didnāt receive our two coffees until the whole group behind us had finished eating and drinking. Iāve always been a huge Starbucks customer, so this experience was a complete let down and no paying customer should have to go through this wait time or treatment.

Slowest Starbucks of all time! Second in line and waited 30 minutes. Zero cares given! No sorry, no love! Avoid this one at all costs unless you like sitting around.

Be aware that management has a policy here which results in excessive wait times for in-store patrons. While busy season wait times are to be expected, 30 -45 minutes for a coffee is excessive. When asked why they arenāt informing in-store patrons about long wait times at the register, the managerās response was, our district manager doesnāt allow us to do so and if we didnāt like it we should contact her. While this is probably an honest answer, standing and waiting for a coffee for 30+ minutes in a group of very angry customers while 3-4 mobile orders are made to every in-store order seems to be bad business. Customers were angry and voiced their displeasure as a group. Personally I tried the mobile app for 15 minutes before arriving and it rejected my order so there must have been an excessive back log. Answer to the problemāfind a locally owned coffee shop like we did today šš»

Worst experience. 40+ min wait for a drink.
Itās faster to go off island than it is to go to this one during peak season. An hour wait for two drinks is ridiculous
Not a good experience with the drive-through this morning. Absolutely no excuse you weren't busy at the time I drove through. You were insulting when I tried to give you a $50 bill. After handing me my sandwiches, you asked what else can I do (Ya, You forgot to give me the three drinks I ordered) When I asked for the drinks, I paid for you gave me attitude. BTW, the pink drink was not good (From my daughter, that drinks them every other day) and there's more........

The location has a small patio, a large dining room, and a drive-through.
There were only 2 people before me, but the wait for my (specialty) coffee took a VERY long time (I can only assume that drive-through customers were served at the expense of in-store customers.
They misspelt my name in a ridiculous way.
