Seemed very disorganized. Food was good, but not great. Took 20 minutes to get water on the table. Staff was not happy today. We are a pleasant easy to get along with group, but could not get a smile out of multiple staff members.

Husband & I came in for a few drinks & appetizer. We got ours drinks & short Paco w the glasses forgot to put our appetizer in. Didn't apologized or try to make it right. Worst service ever. Thanks for making my first visit to Sunset Grill horrible. I had to give 1 star but this visit should get a zero.

Service was absolutely terrible. I took 2 of my teenagers in. First server I encountered when we walked in looked annoyed like we were in his way. I apologized and he said nothing. Our waitress was nowhere to be found most of the time. Waited forever after asking for our check so finally walked up and asked another server. My husband went with some buddies little later for some beers at the bar. Bartender just looked at them after finishing their first beer and never offered another or asked if they needed anything. Good food. Service needs major improvements!

We was not aware of the validation from hostess for their parking lot so we got charged $45. Evidently, if you’re a customer, there’s no charge. We are not from here so we had NO idea that this is how they handle this. Nothing was said to us by the Hostess. I tried calling the Grille after we left but they don’t have a phoneto answer the phone just recordings.

The fettuccine alfredo with tuna was outstanding. My wife had the crab stuffed flounder, which was also outstanding. Healthy portions too.Great sunset views. Highly recommended, a must on Marco Island.

Right on the beach, this walk up casual bar and grill serves up great tropical drinks and a good variety of apps and other menu items in this casual atmosphere for a nice beach vibe. The Mai Tai's are great. They have an outside covered deck with bar, and inside there is a bar and restaurant too. The bartenders are fun. You can get drinks to go as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from beach or parking lot.
Everything and everyone was terrific! Hector was our waiter, he was so attentive and helpful, just a wonderful guy. The sunset was perfect as was the food and drinks.I'd love to return again.Parking: Just remember to get your ticket validated before you leave.
We’ve been going to this restaurant many years. The food is good and the drinks are amazing. However, recently I’ve ordered coconut shrimp twice and both times they’ve been almost burnt. They used to give a raspberry sauce with it, now it’s just a little Thai chili sauce on shredded lettuce. Please go back to the raspberry, pineapple or orange marmalade and don’t overcook the shrimp!
