Very disappointing. First, while it was great that they had entertainment, it was a young woman with a guitar whose amp was turned up so loud we could not hear our waitress at our table. She agreed it was loud and commented that she was only playing for another 30 minutes. The large table of 14 behind us was just shouting at each other to be heard. Food was average. My salmon was slightly dry on a bed of purple rice “grits”. No veggie. The whipped feta with roasted tomatoes that we had for an app was enjoyable. Large enough to serve 4–we couldn't finish it all. I was hoping for better. On the other hand, we had lunch by the pool today and the coconut shrimp & fish & chips were both delicious!

The Deck at 560 had a lovely view of the sunset over the gulf and our waitress, Ahritzi, was very sweet and knowledgable ! The Restaraunt was going through management and chef turnovers, so they were out of fresh grouper, no swordfish, no mahi mahi. They were out of two different kinds of bottles of wine requested . The entrees of shrimp pasta and snapper risotto were tasty ! Nice flavors! The wine was refreshing!

If you have any dietary restrictions, stay far far away! The food was good but trying to get answers to allergies was awful and stressful. I think they still failed. We should have left but I wanted my 85 year old mom to enjoy sunset. This is disappointing since I called before booking and was told there were gluten free options. I noted celiac on reservation then the waitress told us there was nothing gluten free. Sunset was nice. It was a great view for that. One crab cake served as appetizer was $26. A burger was $24-28. Salmon no sides was $22. Steak was $60. Three of us no appetizers or drinks was $128 complete with pretty bad service. We had sandwich, salmon, and pasta. Go for drinks and view.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mom's 60th birthday service was excellent and attentive! The “geezers in paradise” were playing and they were really good!!! beautiful sunset wasn't too crowded. We had a great time. Definitely going back.

Beautiful seating in the outdoor deck. The service was so slow- we waited 30 minutes for our first drink- appetizers were delivered fast and hot. Then we sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken. Ordered another round and waited 20 minutes- food was served late and cold. Some were overcooked others just cold. The waitress was not friendly and never stopped by to check in the food so we all just ate it. Our bill was $700 And the it was not worth a penny. We have been to the restaurant before and loved it. The bartender was great - the drinks were so good. For $700 I would tell everyone the deck seating is not worth a horrible meal and bad service.
We made a reservation for 7pm. Sat for 40 minutes at our table with no service. We just left without even ordering. Waste of time. Not worth making a reservation or even going.

We went on Christmas, and while we understand it’s a busy day, the experience was still unacceptable. We had a reservation, yet our table was given to someone else, leaving us standing awkwardly while staff scrambled to find another table. The restaurant was packed far beyond a comfortable level, which clearly affected service. It took over an hour to get our food, the waiter was rude, and there was no effort to apologize or make things right. Being busy on a holiday isn’t an excuse for poor organization, bad service, or low-quality food and drinks. they made the drinks wrong and to top it all off he threw mayo packets on our table and gave us expired ranch. Overall, very disappointing and not somewhere we’d return to.
