Service was good, and the filet mingon's we ordered were cooked perfectly, but the sides and appetizers were not very good. Calamari was undercooked, Bahamian chowder was like out of a can, and both potato sides were dry and bland. Nice ambiance and service, but food needs improvement for the price.
Just not good. Over cooked burger - might have come out of a microwave. Fries were from the freezer. Just really bad.
The service was great, food was pretty good. They do need more variety. Big problem were the flies, I understand it's Florida but this is a restaurant. In this time and age they need to do something about it because it's very unsanitary. There weren't a massive amount of flies but enough that it was annoying. When I go to a places to eat I don't want to be thinking about the flies getting on my food. Hilton and Deck 560 need to work on this as soon as possible.
Our server Jonathan was nothing short of spectacular, very attentive to our children, he was two steps ahead of us, and provided an amazing experience for us. He was honestly one of the highlights of our trip!!
Roberta is the best bartender we have ECER had in the 30 plus years we have been at The Hilton! She was personable, attentive, and the best bartender we have ever encountered at this hotel or any servers on the beach!
Nicole was great a great server.
Excellent service by Lucien and Roberta!

You MUST try the twisted cinnamon French toast. Nicole was amazing. She served us 3 days in a row and knew what we wanted as soon as we sat down. It made the experience more personal.
The only good thing about this place is the live music. The mosquitos are eating you alive so you are the main course. The staff is constantly rotating so no one is an expert or happy to be in their role. The food is worse than airport food.
We made a reservation here few weeks in advanced. When we arrived, our table was not ready however, the restaurant was practically empty. They pushed a couple of tables together and we were the only table without a table cloth. The drinks were meh as I ordered a mojito and they brought me a an “island mojito that had coconut flavoring in it. Food was just okay. Would not recommend if you want a special dinner evening. The view was 5 star even though our table was not close to windows.
Delicious food and great service at the bar! Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico! Live music!
Hubby and I were seated at our table and then proceeded to wait over a half an hour for the waitress to come bring us a drink menu and take our order. Plenty of bussers around filling our water glasses, bringing us some kind of fried bread and preparing other tables near us. We asked one to send wait staff our way and still nothing happened. Finally my husband had to get up, walk inside (we were on the porch) and ask the host to send someone over to take our order. Eventually the waitress came and she gave a small apology and was pleasant, but by then we were both irritated. No apology from the manager on duty (was there even one around?) and no comp of any type for the wait. Disappointing experience.
