Well I went back there last nite and got my usual cobb salad,was all I ever get there. Well while everyone had a good meal, mine was disappointing. They must do the chicken in the morning, slice it and hold it. Same for bacon, chop it in morning. Well chicken was very dry and tough to chew, bacon bits were getting same way. Why not make them fresh. Mostly pub food is very good. I always get the Cobb salad which to me is one of the best around. Price23rd s are not crazy. Friends had po boy with shrimp which said was good and good amount of shrimp. Steak hoagie did not fill the hoagie. Service was very good. Well maybe one more chance. Or find another favorite.

Dinner special- pan seared scallops with pumpkin risotto and fresh broccoli.
I asked specifically if the Scallops were pan seared and was told yes. When the dinner was delivered the scallops were mostly white, no trace of seating floating in a “white cream sauce” the risotto was rice with what looked like pumpkin purée dumped on top and the broccoli was mushy. Sent it back and then ordered a pizza flatbread. No better. I never send dinners back but the scallops dinner was disgusting looking and not what the menu stated.

Our party of 8 had the best experience. Jeremy was the best bartender/server, he made the experience even better. Everyone absolutely LOVED their food. It was truly the highlight of our dining while here on the island

A Hidden Gem on Marco Island - 5 Stars All the Way!

I've had the pleasure of dining at The SpeakEasy Marco Island twice now, and each time has been nothing short of exceptional. This place has truly become a favorite for my family and me.

On our most recent visit, I started with the Lobster Bisque, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The Seared Tuna Tacos were a perfect follow-up—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. On our first visit, we enjoyed the Escargot and the Lobster Roll, both of which were equally outstanding. The food here consistently has that comforting, homemade taste, prepared fresh with great care.

The atmosphere is another highlight. We've always chosen to sit outdoors near the water, and the serene, picturesque setting truly enhances the dining experience. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal.

The drink selection is top-notch as well. We've savored everything from expertly crafted Martinis to refreshing Palomas and Margaritas. The wine selection is also impressive, offering a great variety for all tastes.

Service has been consistently excellent on both occasions, and special recognition goes to Devin, who took great care of us each time. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable—everything you could ask for in a server.

We will definitely be back again. The SpeakEasy Marco Island is a hidden gem, and I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Blackened salmon was not blackened at all. My husband’s salmon wasn’t even cooked all the way through. The server was very kind, but the food unfortunately was a big fail. We won’t be back.

Decided to try this finally. Glad we did. Food was delicious. Wife got short rib roast and loved it. I got the chicken Alfredo. Only missing garlic bread option for the Alfredo.
