Wow. Truly unfortunate watching business being done like this. If you would like to go home early, please don't post that you are open to a time you are truly not open to.
Crafty Crab... as a visitor of various south FL locations, this was really bad on business overall.

Let's start with my server she was amazing very delightful and attentive. However food quality pale in comparison to her service. I ordered calimari which was over cooked and chewy breading was hard and food was cold. I had the shrimp basket and fries which were Ok at best but food again cold. The rest of my party ordered crab. Also cold. Crab fries were another let down with imitation crab meat. One the crab boil came with overcooked shrimp which had a picular flavor. Potatoes were under cooked. We also ordered Ramen I would not advise any person to order overpriced overcooked mushy Ramen which is also overseasoned. Overall if you like seafood boiles you can try but be mindful

I called in to place an order and they had an employee answer the phone by the name of Victoria when I called, she hung up in my face. I called once more. She hung up in my face again. I called once more. She put me on hold. I called again. She hung up in my face at this point. I was asking for a manager, and Victoria told me that she cannot give the manager And hung up in my face I called back and a gentleman answer the Phone he reported that he was the manager by the name of Aiden and he did not care about anything that I was telling him when I was explaining to him about what the employee Victoria was doing. I decided to not spend my money there because of the way they were acting over the phone. This store is always empty when I pass by so it was not busy. Enough for my face to be hung up on 10 times.

Ordered a combo and after a few bites I realized there was uncooked SOUR CREAM in my sauce, then I called to ask them why would sour cream be in there and they said come back to get a replacement. They put the same pieces in a bag, with the same sauce and all the old chewed food in the bag. After they were supposed to give me a refund but offered a replacement instead they put the same pieces of trash and broken crab pieces in a bag and gave them to me back as the replacement. How shameful!!

The food was just okay. The shrimp was good but the fried catfish was hard. The waitress brought me one cup of ketchup when I ordered fries and sweet potato fries. When I asked for more ketchup, she informed me that I already had ketchup. I took most of the food home and asked for containers. She bought two big and two small containers for me and my bestie. But my food wouldn’t have fit in the one large. I used both of them, as my friend only needed a small one. She asked him if he needed a large container for the six shrimp he had. She should have assessed that when she brought over those small containers. I’ve had better service/food at the other locations I visited. Won’t be back to this one.

The food was great! The service was horrible. The male waiter is unattractive and never came back to my table. I waited for 20 mins for water and never got it then I had to get up to pay because he never brought the bill. My daughter was promised a cheesecake for her bday and she didn't receive it either.
