I ordered two boxes of pizza at 8:20, and according to Uber, the order was supposed to arrive between 8:40 and 9:00 at the latest. I went outside to wait for the driver—it’s important to mention that this store uses its own drivers. I started waiting before 8:40. By 9:20, the order still hadn’t arrived. We called, and they said the driver was 6 minutes away, so I kept waiting, but they never showed up.
At 9:30, the order was marked as delivered on Uber, even though it wasn’t. I was still outside waiting. We called again, and they said the gate had a code, that the driver called me, and I didn’t answer—but in reality, I was standing outside the gate the entire time, and he never showed up or called me.
I tried to contact Uber Eats, but it was difficult since this location uses its own delivery drivers. That’s why I’m leaving this review—because of the terrible service and lack of communication. We had to call multiple times to get a solution, since there was no reason I should lose $38 after waiting outside and never receiving the order. They never reached out—we had to do all the calling ourselves. After insisting so much, they finally completed the delivery around 10:00, saying they would resend their driver.

Placed order at 401pm. Showed out for delivery at 431pm with an eta of 445pm. At 457pm the delivery was updated to 515pm. I called store to see where my order was. Was told driver had flat tire, had to send a second driver to get the pizzas and would be here in 15-20 minutes. It is now 24 minutes later and still no order. I was offered a store credit for the inconvenience. I will never order delivery again from this store and will probably just take my business was elsewhere.

Ordered a couple pizzas before the first Football Sunday of the year to get delivered and our delivery driver Jason was awesome! Great energy, very happy guy and it was awesome to have our food delivered by him. Looking forward to continue to order for the rest of the season and many years to come. Thanks Jason!

I’ve literally traveled all around the world and one of my favorite foods is pizza and I’ve had pizza from many different countries, but I’ve made the mistake of ordering them pizza from Domino’s. This has to be the worst pizza. I wouldn’t even call it a pizza I don’t see how a company like this stays in business . Maybe you should take some pride in the product that you serve people your product is disgusting.
I ordered takeout service from this Domino’s. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service on a busy afternoon & my order was perfect, hot & delicious.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Domino’s location in Margate since I was young and have never encountered any issues—until recently. About two weeks ago, I ordered a large cheese pizza and was extremely disappointed to find several hairs embedded in the food. Some were beneath the cheese and sauce, and shockingly, some were inside the crust itself. After reporting the issue, I was offered a store credit by the manager as compensation.
Today, I returned to redeem the credit, only to experience the same unsanitary issue again—more hair in the pizza. I requested a store credit to be used at a different Domino’s location, but the staff informed me this was not possible. No manager was available when I asked to speak to one. Instead, I was directed to the individual responsible for preparing the dough.
I find it extremely concerning that food safety protocols are being overlooked—particularly the fact that employees are not wearing hairnets. I strongly urge my fellow Margate community members to reconsider visiting this location until proper hygiene practices are enforced and consistent management accountability is in place.
