I don’t live near this location but i will drive here just for the coffee and the smiles! Never seen such a wonder staff. Makes a big difference. Coffee is always made correctly! They do not miss, baby! They see a line and get to work. I appreciate them so much because it’s not easy. I have a location a block away and i don’t go there. Very disappointed at the establishment in a whole! Also at how the manager from 1st shift 11am Sunday morning handled a situation ! She needs to evaluate her Workers and her worker packet ( syllabus ) ! to fight at a professional establishment over a customer speaking out for laughing at her face should have been de-escalated right away ! a customer to have the need to call the police is horrible! For a customer to even get to the point to ALMOST fight with a worker physically is DISGUSTING we have been going to this location for YEARS when the workers were a little older , wiser let’s go back to those times .

I have never heard of anyone experiencing such disrespect and unprofessionalism at an establishment. Like come on DUNKIN, this company is well known and has the BEST coffee but I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money at an establishment where the employees treat you rudely, laugh in your face, disrespect you and tell you “You’re going to Die”
I was very taken to hear my daughter experienced this type of service from your location. This is NOT OKAY and I will be making a call to corporate and making a complaint with the BBB.
You’re employers are the FACE of you’re establishment but the type of customer service that my daughter experienced shows that you’re just hiring anyone and not taking the time to VET your candidates properly and for that I will go to Wawa’s in the morning.

Workers treat you wrongly for getting your order wrong! And laugh at you right in your face! It’s disgusting someone said the same thing 6 months ago I will be going somewhere else even if it’s 2 min from my home
(SUPERRUDE!!!!) I was trying to order a cold brew the drink was made incorrectly. The person on the other side was super rude when taking my order. I was at the window and I didn't hear anything. Then I received an obnoxiously rude Heeeelllllloooo from the other side. When I asked the cashier if he was the person who was doing that, he answered it may or may not have been. I responded with either way I didn't care. That is because his grotashis attitude did not want me coming back. I always love going to dunkin and the fact that I owen a store near by so was trying this location out. Starbucks it is! Btw after my drink was made incorrectly they dropped cups on the floor before giving me me drink. I wouldn't be suprised if they did so on purpose. Like I told you at the window, no worries.
