I come to this dunkin a lot and its really went downhill. I got a maple sugar bacon sandwich this morning, the cheese was cold and there was hair in my sandwich. So unsanitary. My coffee also tastes watered down.:(

If I could give this location 0 stars I would.. the girl at the window has an extremely nasty attitude, heavy breathing and she half filled my matcha… stop working mornings if your not a morning person point blank period.. and management refused to give me a receipt with her name.. you couldn’t pay me to come back to this Dunkin if this was the last one left on earth.

Very very slow and uncordinated service, what is the purpose of ordering online, state in the order your need it ASAP, drive 7 min to location, make a long like for another 7 min, to be told go around the building and wait, waited another 7-10 min and the guy came without condiments, well another 5 min waiting for them. Not a good way to start my morning.

I just came from here .The location in Margate is trash.As soon as I walked into the Dunkin I was not greeted.I asked an employee for assistance and she told me she's off the clock.Then I replied with okay.She responded with attitude.After waiting a few minutes a cashier came to the front counter.She took my order . However, I did not like my strawberry refresher.She just added green tea base without asking me what I preferred.It tasted like medicine.Plus my bagel was burnt and dry. I will not be returning to this location again!

Scam! I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went through the drive-thru after seeing the promotion for medium cold drinks for $3 (clearly advertised outside until November 12). The employee who took my order even confirmed that all medium drinks were included in the promotion. However, when I got to the window to pay, they told me the offer was not available and charged me full price. This feels like false advertising and left me very frustrated. If a promotion is posted and the date is still valid, it should be honored. Very poor customer service.

Had a bad encounter with the cashier this morning she said because I didn’t tell her good morning. She threw my change and threw my donuts at me. She proceed to be very rude. I asked her name. yeah, she said she did not have to give me her name. This restaurant. Customer service skills is horrible. The staff is very rude. I went inside to proceed to talk to a manager, and the young lady still had a bad attitude on her phone as taking orders and talking over the manager, as I’m trying to speak to a manager about her behavior, I would never visit This establishment again
