They never get my coffee order right. If I ask for it dark, they milk it up with a lot of cream. This is at the drive thru, so getting cream on the side is pointless. I normally get a muffin to accompany, and when you go later in the day, you get stale muffins. This has happened to me on several visits.

This one of the best Dunkin I honestly go to and they have few around my house to and I always stick to this one no matter what direction I go in theres a Spanish lady I believe n she always makes my ice macchiato caramel with cold foam the best other Dunkin usually make my stomach sensitivity worse but this one I never have to worry about it

Today July 2 at 4:45 I went to get my order which was 50 munchkins in the summer beach bucket and this girl I have never seen her before, it was my first time seeing her. So she gave me 25 munchkins in a regular box, when I left my daughter told me that she ordered 50 munchkins with the beach bucket, so I had to go to the drive thru again to get the rest of munchkins and the boy was talking to the girls and she gave him the rest of it in the regular box I had to say again what I ordered exactly and I did not get that then she came and asked me to show her the receipt which is weird after she saw it she went inside and sent the beach bucket with the boy. I was so disappointed

This is the best dunkin' in Broward County. My coffee is always made right and super fast and the baristas are always really friendly.
The young man on shift on March 25 approximately 8:15 was on a smoke break, then came back in the Restaurant serving food without washing his hands. That is across Contamination!

If youâre going to work in food service, itâs imperative you have customer service or maybe try to find an alternate position where you donât need to talk to people. This location has all employees that donât care about the customer but solely a timer. Poor quality and poor customer service. 0/5 stars if possible.

Would like to make this my go to Dunkin since my mom moved around the area, but after the third visit I donât think itâs worth the attitude.
Firstly, the speaker outside you can barely hear anything the staff is saying. I canât hear them and when I talk I get no response, so I drove to the window. Iâm greeted with a âwhy are you here at my window I didnât take your order.â Excuse me??
Secondly, the website says they close at 8 so I get there at 740. They did not want to take my order because theyâre in the process of closing down. I asked if they close at 8 and she said she wants to leave @8 not start closing down @8. Ok whatever.
Today my mom really wanted a hot chocolate. They close @8pm so we arrived @725. The blonde young lady that Iâve interacted with on the other two occasions was the one taking my order. Yay, I already knew to expect either an attitude or a I donât want to do this. Exactly this. She told me she closes down the chocolate machine @7 and doesnât plan on opening it again as itâs clean and ready to be closed down. I said but you close at 8 and she said yes but itâs clean and I want to leave @8 not start closing @8. So I asked her whenâs the best time to come if they close at 8 and she said by 7. lol Dunkin do better. This is mostly a 55+ community no one needs a young person with the weight of the world on their shoulders taking your order angrily.. itâs just donuts and coffee.
