If you’re going to work in food service, it’s imperative you have customer service or maybe try to find an alternate position where you don’t need to talk to people. This location has all employees that don’t care about the customer but solely a timer. Poor quality and poor customer service. 0/5 stars if possible.

Would like to make this my go to Dunkin since my mom moved around the area, but after the third visit I don’t think it’s worth the attitude.
Firstly, the speaker outside you can barely hear anything the staff is saying. I can’t hear them and when I talk I get no response, so I drove to the window. I’m greeted with a “why are you here at my window I didn’t take your order.” Excuse me??
Secondly, the website says they close at 8 so I get there at 740. They did not want to take my order because they’re in the process of closing down. I asked if they close at 8 and she said she wants to leave @8 not start closing down @8. Ok whatever.
Today my mom really wanted a hot chocolate. They close @8pm so we arrived @725. The blonde young lady that I’ve interacted with on the other two occasions was the one taking my order. Yay, I already knew to expect either an attitude or a I don’t want to do this. Exactly this. She told me she closes down the chocolate machine @7 and doesn’t plan on opening it again as it’s clean and ready to be closed down. I said but you close at 8 and she said yes but it’s clean and I want to leave @8 not start closing @8. So I asked her when’s the best time to come if they close at 8 and she said by 7. lol Dunkin do better. This is mostly a 55+ community no one needs a young person with the weight of the world on their shoulders taking your order angrily.. it’s just donuts and coffee.
