I love Dunkin and I love the coffee the most, the problem is at this location every worker always has some kind of attitude, which isn’t even the problem, what bothers me is that they don’t do what I ask for. I always get a caramel iced coffee, when they ask me if I want cream and sugar I said yes but pleaseeee mix it well bc everytime I take my first sip, I get a mouthful of sugar, and I’m crunching on sugar. They decide when to listen and when to not. I have to start going...

I come to this Dunkin' several times a week. Depending on who is working, depends on how your experience/ coffee will come out.Diamond, is absolutely wonderful. She is a pleasure to see every single time. That woman deserves a raise.Some of the other employees seem as though they could really care less...You should really consider teaching them proper customer service skills. Yesterday my iced coffee was watery.But normally , it's pretty good at this location!

Usually have good sweet tea (only once I had to come inside for fresh tea because the tea was not good/old) and Iced coffee is good but the staff is not the greatest anymore. The usual smiling faces are gone now with new employees and they need to be more careful with the mobile orders. They get confused and then don't apologize when they make errors. This location is better than the other one on Sample Rd though.
