Health Rush has been such a lifesaver for me! I order consistently and make sure I have meals for at least 6 out of the 7 days of the week. AND THE MEALS TASTE GOOD! The website makes it so easy to order and gives nutrition facts for all meals. They offer delivery or pick up twice a week. The food is always so FRESH and FLAVORFUL. I have explored other meal prep companies and nothing compares (not a fan of frozen meals filled with sodium)! It’s nice to know the food is cooked...
Health rush is the best. been on it for the better part of 3+ years. they make customs meals with counted calories and macros for me. i’m down 75lbs and one of the biggest factors is my diet and all credit goes to Health Rush. i eat 4 meals a day 7 days a week. and now my wife signed up as well mainly for convenience.
