I was in line for 15 minutes. Waiting for two customers in front of me to place their order. We it's my turn I ask for the lunch special and was told it's 4:02 and it ended at 4:00. I told that we were in line for 15 minutes. They ignored me and rung up my order without giving me the lunch special. I decided not to order and walked out. The staff needs to take a human diversity course. Very rude and cold. Won't ever go back to this location.

I went to go grab a meal in store for my grandmother and I today ( 01/31/2026 ) at 4pm and the staff management was truly the worst I have ever seen and experienced.
Every individual I had interacted with that took and “assisted” me with my order was so rude and arrogant as if I was a walking threat in their restaurant. I will not lie, the food is wonderful but their staff management and overall customer service is absolutely horrendous. This is the first review I have ever wrote and left on any establishment, but I was utterly amazed with my experience ordering food in their restaurant. I am very unsure how they even have consistent walk in costumers with their attitudes.

I don't know what they do with their food, but the steak bowl is absolutely superb, delicious. Moist, tender, tasty, and filling. Thank you.
Was very disappointed with the food. You ask for one thing and they decide to give you another and on top of that, I don’t think this place can really cook anything or makes anything fresh. Seemed like I was eating oven baked chicken from a box and quick rice. If you didn’t like Kourtney’s flowerless cake from Crumbl, their chocolate cake is even worse. No moisture whatsoever, sweetness, nothing, a soulless cake and had the nerve to charge me for that plate for $17 like it wasn’t some boxed microwave food and $5 for a soulless cake.

Food is good at this location, here again proves which branch you go to counts - the one close by on State Rd 7 is nowhere as good as so many places on State Rd 7 South of Atlantic Blvd. seem to be. As with so many chain restaurants each location gets a different rating.
