I hate this McDonald’s specifically for the late night workers I’m going to report this location to corporate because they double dip my mcChicken in the oil when I ask for it fresh and the fries I’m not sure if they just don’t want to work but I keep complaining about the same thing everytime I go there I’m no longer eating McDonald’s anyways they definitely put an icing on the cake

I waited for about 15 minutes at the drive-thru speaker, and nobody took my order — even though I had already placed it through the app. When I finally spoke up, the cashier rudely told me that their system was down and I had to wait, or I could cancel my order if I didn’t want to. I explained again that I had already ordered through the app, but she still refused to help. I was only assisted after I mentioned that I would leave a bad review. Very disappointing customer service.

SLOW AS ALL HELL they ruined the hell out of so many of my breaks for lunch because i’ll be waiting in their drive thru line for 25 minutes. don’t go here in the morning, 1-4pm or 6-7. you’ll be there forever and the food stale
