I pulled up to the restaurant at 6:15 and the dining room was not open despite saying it opened at 6 am. We had to go through the drive-thru and I have to say, the person who took our order was so extremely rude When my brother began speaking, with a very loud and clear voice, she yelled at him that she couldn't hear him so he had to practically scream our order. She asked, " is that all" after every item and then before we were even through ordering, she cut us off and said pull to the second window. Pulled up to the window and it was a manager, named possibly Niyah or Miyah. I couldn't read her name on her tag well. I don't understand what has happened to our customer service skills these days. People are so incredibly rude and I don't want to go back there again. Maybe she was having a bad day. I hope this isn't the example of leadership she is teaching her employees.

Got a Happy Meal for our daughter. When we got home we saw that the bun was moldy. Calledfor 45 minutes and the line was off the hook. I wonder how many people drove away eating theirs and not know it, yuck.

Do you know what it's like to drive late at night and very sleepy? I felt like the only thing that could help me was a good McDonald's breakfast. Although I don't regularly find friendly people and a good atmosphere to eat inside the restaurant, on this occasion, I decided to sit inside and have breakfast. Then “Rita” appeared. A beautiful Latin lady, with a good character and a kind smile. Her kindness and good treatment had a double effect on my mood. I had breakfast and was happy to find people like “Rita”. I thanked her before leaving and she told me that she has another job as a principal, and that she works these hours at McDonald's to donate that check to worthy causes. Wow!!!…there are still people in this world, who think about the need of those next to them. I thanked God so much for McDonald’s and thank you for Rita. I think we need more Ritas around. THANK YOU DEAR “RITA”. Now it's time to keep working. Here we go.
First and foremost im going to say that the manager Shalew or whatever her name is, SHE IS SO RUDE. Her cousin rude too. How u walking up to the register with a stank face? Then on top of that i said something to “Shalew” about it. I said “hey is she having a bad day? Her mood a lil sour” this girl said “WHO MY COUSIN?” Like thats supposed to change what i said. Like idgaf if thats ya cousin i said what i said. Then on top of that she was so mean to the nice employee that was helping me, how u yellin at this man to go on break while he is serving a customer? Like are u kidding me. Then he went on break and i realized they forgot my drink and the nice employee brought me my drink and “Shalew” ended up bringin my drink and legit cussed this employee out for accidently bringing me someones elses drink. Shalew is a DISGUSTING human being and she does not need to be a mamager of anywhere. SHE IS TOO GHETTO! To the nice employees that helped me this is NOTHING against yall. U guys were sweet!! (The girl with the glasses and plaits and the guy that walks with a limp)
