Worst papa John’s ever!! They charged my card twice for pizza and then said it declined.Yet the charges came out of my account. I had papa dough points i won’t be getting back because of their mistake. If you can choose somewhere else do it because they have no consideration here

I paid for extra dipping sauce and didn't receive it. I order there all the time. Just wanted them to give me the sauce I paid for next time but they insisted there was nothing they could do, then insinuated I was lying about having received the dipping sauce. No Loyd, you specifically didn't put the dipping sauce in my boxes because I only had 3 between the 4 xl pizzas I ordered. Not the 8 I paid for. Then they hung on me.

I haven't been to Papa John's in probably 7 years and now I remember why. Order a large 3 topping pizza well done. The pizza is nowhere near we'll done, the sauce is way too sweet and the toppings are barely noticeable. I paid $5.50 for delivery fee, plus a $5 tip. Not worth it at all. Never again. I will say the delivery was fast.

All I know is that the manager at this place is great at this current time it is August 31st 2024 and the delivery guy Dustin was also amazing I didn't have much cash on me to tip him but he was very humble just like the manager was and said thank you and I told them that I would write a great review thank you guys so much for doing your job well it feels good when you're ordering from places that you love and the people treat you kindly the way you should be treated as a customer great job guys!!! Sad I forgot the manager's name all I know is that she works on Saturdays on the evening shift thanks again!

We ordered pepperoni n sausage pizza, it was like they forgot to put pepperoni, it wasn't until we went home and noticed , it wasn't what we expected

I am totally disappointed with the team at Papa Jon's in Atlantic, I ordered a pizza it took 40 minutes and when I received the pizza it was not the one I had ordered from the attendant, so I went back to the store and it took another 30 minutes, the employees were totally uncompromising. the customers, a tremendous LACK OF RESPECT, laughing and mocking the customers, I will never go back to this team

Uncommitted employees, late delivery, cold pizza, wrong orders, very very very bad after they changed the previous team, the service was horrible. The service is very bad with these people who work there now! Today it was served by people who were completely uncommitted to the pizzeria and their work, I don't recommend anyone to go to this horrible place, what a regret! totally disappointed!
